Step 1: Disassemble the Device
1. Remove the outer casing: Unscrew the four corner screws securing the device’s casing and carefully take off the cover.
2. Access the internal board: Locate and unscrew the screws holding the main board in place.

Step 2: Replace the Chip

1. Remove the existing chip: After exposing the front side of the board, gently detach the original chip using appropriate tools.

2. Install the enhanced chip: Insert the upgraded chip into the designated slot, ensuring proper alignment and secure contact.

Step 3: Reassemble the Device
1. Secure the board: Reattach the screws to fix the board back into its original position.
2. Close the casing: Replace the outer casing and tighten the four corner screws.

LAUNCH X431 IMMO Elite Program VW MAGOTAN MQB Key

The LAUNCH X431 IMMO Elite successfully programs the VW MAGOTAN MQB key. At first, it's required to work with the X431 Key Programmer to generate a remote. The LAUNCH X431 IMMO PLUS is also applicable to the following operation process.

1. Generate Remote

2. Backup IMMO Data

4. Learn Key
Learn Key >> Input the number of keys to be learned: 2
Is the current key smart? Yes
Please put the key close to the induction coil and turn the start/stop button to the on position.

Attention:
1. Do not turn off the ignition switch during the key learning process.
2. Put the end of the key with the brand close to the induction coil during key learning.
3. Key learning failed. Online key learning is needed.

Place the keys to be learned around the ignition switch in turn.
Number of keys learned/number of keys to be learned: 0/2 -> 2/2
Caution: Do not turn off the ignition switch.

OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 Startup Failure Repair Guide

If your OBDSTRA X300 Classic G3 device won't start, don't worry! Follow this step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and fix the issue by checking key components like the battery, U17 chip, and L8 inductor.

Tools Required
Screwdriver (hex-compatible)
Multimeter
Soldering iron or hot air gun (temperature adjustable)
Replacement components: U17 (IC) and L8 (1µH inductor)

Step 1: Remove the rubber case. Then, use a screwdriver to loosen and remove the fixed hex screws.

Step 2: Open the back cover, press down on the battery connector clip with your hand, and then pull out the battery connector.

Step 3: Use a multimeter set to the ohms range to test the two ends of capacitor C75. If the resistance is around 0©, it indicates that U17 and L8 are damaged and are causing a short circuit. Replace U17 and L8.

Step 4: Use a soldering iron or hot air gun set to 350 ± 10°C to desolder and remove U17 and L8. (Replace L8 with a 1uH inductor.)

Step 5: After the replacement, use the multimeter set to the ohms range to test the two ends of capacitor C75 again. If the resistance is approximately 1.36K©, it confirms that U17 and L8 have been successfully replaced.

Step 6: Insert the battery connector, reassemble the back cover, and press the power button to turn on the device. If it starts up normally, the replacement is successful.

Step 7: Use a screwdriver to fasten the screws to the back cover, and put the rubber case back on. The replacement is complete!

This guide resolves short-circuit issues caused by faulty U17 and L8, restoring normal operation to the X300 Classic G3.

Problem: I have a customer with a Super MB Pro M6 (purchased from the inside, as usual). And today, April 1st, the XENTRY program won't open! I enter the username and password as usual, but the program won't open!

A file in MB Pro M6 or SD C4 has expired, and the Mercedes-Benz software cannot be logged in.

Simply replace the "offline.properties" file in the following two paths to resolve the problem:
