Alientech KESS3 DTC Feature Free Upgrade

Good news! A new feature upgrade: The DTC Feature is now available with an active KESS3 subscription.

The new "DTC" feature of KESS3 allows you to view and reset DTCs in a car or motorcycle.
Through the EOBD connection of KESS3, Alientech Suite retrieves the list of (SAE – Society Automotive Engineers) error codes recorded during vehicle operation, helping mechanics and mechatronics easily identify potential faults and damages.

1. Detection and Interpretation of DTCs
When connected to the control unit, KESS3 obtains the stored error codes.
Via the KESS3's OBD connection, Alientech Suite reports the list of error codes (SAE - Society of Automotive Engineers) recorded during vehicle operation, helping mechanics and mechatronics engineers to identify any faults easily.

2. Resetting DTCs
After identifying the codes, it is possible to reset them, thereby eliminating warning lights and anomalies on the dashboard.
Clearing the fault is essential for ensuring the proper functioning of the vehicle. After mechanical repairs, this KESS3 feature allows for a DTC reset, providing comprehensive service.

3. Pre-Tuning and Post-Tuning Diagnostics
Assessment of risks and feasibility of modifications.
This feature allows you to preview and interpret error codes to prevent faults or malfunctions in the vehicle. Additionally, the same process can be performed after modifying the engine parameters with KESS3. In this case, the DTC feature helps identify any error codes that could appear after the tuning phase.

4. Special Functions
Special functions are dedicated to specific vehicle models.
Some special functions such as steering alignment, differential lock/unlock, or resizing of wheel dimensions are available for some vehicle models. These specific functions are included in the "DTC" feature package and expand the range of modification and customization interventions.

Xhorse Condor XC-002 PRO Cut HON66 Key Tutorial

Today we'll discuss cutting a HON66 key with Xhorse Condor XC-002 PRO. Before cutting, always make sure the key-cutting machine is well-calibrated.

Height Level Adjustment
Method 1.
1)To start, we insert the original key with the help of a guiding block. We will use a shim to ensure the key is well-aligned.
2)Insert the key blank to the right. Now we're ready to begin height level adjustment.
3)Press down the main handle and check the indicator light. So we should just follow the direction of the light and rotate the micro-adjust knob until the middle light turns green.

Method2.
If you don't have a shim momentarily, there is another method you can apply.
1)To ensure accuracy, we can also use probes of the same specification on both sides.
2)Press down the main handle and rotate it to lock it. And you can utilize the probe and cutter of the machine for key alignment.
3)Replace the cutter and adjust the micro-adjust knob until the middle light turns green.
Okay, now we've finished the height level adjustment of Condor XC-002 PRO.

Preparation
Before we start cutting, we need to take a look at the clamp. There are 3 marked positions at the bottom of the clamp: A, B, and C.
1. Slide in the clamp and make one triangle directs to the line depending on your need.
2. Then turn on the power switch of the cutter and adjust the speed control knob to a suitable speed.

Key Cutting
After getting everything ready, now we can start duplicating the key.
1. Press down the main handle and start cutting.
Now we've finished the one side of the key.
2. Turn off the power switch of the cutter. Clean up the clamp and flip the key.
3. Similarly, align the key and finish the height level adjustment of the other side.
4. Then turn on the switch to cut the key.

*Do not forget to turn off the power when completed.

Now we've finished the cutting and have a new HON66 key.

OBDEMOTO 900PRO BMW Motorcycle Connection Instruction

OBDEMOTO 900PRO Key Programmer is a motorcycle diagnostic scanner that can provide diagnosis, key matching, and ODO mileage adjustment. Besides, it's also the BMW special machine to support all key lost & add key programming by OBD without password or dismantling.

Below is the BMW connection diagram for reference.
*Need the appropriate accessories for the OBDEMOTO 900PRO diagnostic scanner.

lBMW Key 46 Chip System Connection Method:

1. The main test cable is connected to the 900PRO diagnostic scanner.

2. The other end of the main test cable is connected to the K-005 adapter.

3. The K-005 adapter connects to the motorcycle diagnostic base on one end via 6-001 and to the key programmer K-006 on the other end.

lBMW Key 4D/8A Chip System Connection Method:

1. The main test cable is connected to the 900PRO diagnostic scanner.

2. The other end of the main test cable is connected to the K-007 adapter.

3. One end of the K-007 adapter is connected to the motorcycle diagnostic base through 6-001 or 6-003.

(Fixed) Software error when ACDP 1 authorization is transferred to ACDP 2

Recently, we received feedback from a customer saying that after his ACDP 1 authorization was successfully transferred to ACDP 2, the software had an error and could not be used normally:
On Android, it shows "The program verification is abnormal".
On the iPhone, it shows an "unknown error".

The technician gave a solution: clear the cache and then enter the software again.
Customer feedback: I have tried this before. I tried again. Same issue. I need to use this as soon as possible as I have customers waiting.

Finally, we helped the customer contact the factory technician for remote support and found out that there was a bug in the authorization transfer software. The technician helped to fix it. After clearing the cache again, the software works fine.

Hello Eliza! How are you? Good?
I have a problem with the ista d program.. it appears to update the ICOM firmware, I already updated the vx diag firmware and license, but it seems that is in the Ista d program.. can you help me, please?

I can't connect the vxdiag to jlr, I reinstalled the software sdd, I opened and connected the vcx, Shows me this

The engineer checked through remote access and found he installed all software on the same system, some software will incompatibility, which may be the reason why JLR does not work, SDD and Ford's software recommend installation on 2 systems.

The customer changed to another laptop system and the feedback worked!

How to Upgrade ACDP Module 33 PCF Adapter?
Power on & open Mini ACDP.
The device number is displayed in the top right corner, indicating that the device is connected.

Slide the page to the bottom.
Special function >> Adapter upgrade >> Help for PCF-KEY Upgrade
Connect the PCF-KEY adapter to the ACDP device.

Click "PCF-KEY Upgrade".

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current >= 2.5A).
Please insert the PCF-KEY adapter.

Check the current version and the latest version number.
If inconsistent, click "Yes" to upgrade to the latest version.
The upgrade adapter is complete.
