Autel IM608 Pro Program 2017-2020 Chevy Silverado All Key Lost

Note: Must have 2 smart keys.

Connect Autel IM608 with OBD, press
IMMO >> Accept >> Chevrolet >> Manual selection >> USA >> Silverado 3500 >> 2017-2020 >> Smart key >> Yes >> Immo status scan

Press START/ STOP button once.

Clear DTC(If any) >> All smart keys lost >> Start

Do you want to start PIN data reading? Yes
(If PIN data of current vehicle has been read and saved, press “No”.)

Make sure IM608 has network connected with successfully.
Note:
1.For this function process, it is recommended to use a USB cable connect the diagnostic tool to VCI, otherwise the function may fail.
2.For some models, network connection is required for execution of this function. Ensure stable network connection.

PIN code read successfully, please record.

Do you want to start DTC clearing? Yes
Do you want to start key learning? Yes
Press START/STOP button once.

Place the smart key to be learned into the key slot and take other keys out of the vehicle.
The key slot is usually:
1.In the armrest box.
2.Under the bottle rack.
3.Besides the ash tray.
4.In the glove box.

IM608 will fill in the pin code automatically.
Switch ignition off.
Wait processing until 100%...

Press the START/STOP button once.

The current key is complete the matching.
Press “Yes” to program next key, otherwise “No”.

Switch the ignition off.
Press the START/STOP button and hold for 12s.
Release the START/STOP button.

Long press the START/STOP button to turn the ignition on until the instrument light illuminates.(If the instrument light is not illuminating, please release the START/STOP button and repeat it.)

Switch the ignition off.
Depress the brake, press START/STOP button to start the engine and wait 5s.
Switch ignition off.

Note:
1.Turn off the engine.
2.Open and close the driver door.
3.Remove the smart key, press the lock and unlock buttons simultaneously, and then release the buttons.

How to Flash Lonsdor K518ISE to Reboot Device?

1. Download & unzip flash package;

Xhorse Mini Key Tool + Autel IM608 Add Toyota Corolla 2016 Key

How to program a new smart key for Toyota Corolla 2016 via OBD? The procedure includes unlock smart key with Xhorse VVDI Mini Key Tool, register new key with Autel MaxiIM IM608/ IM508 Key Programmer.

Unlock Smart Key
Put the key into VVDI Mini Key Tool slot, press
Special Function >> Unlock Toyota Smartkey >> Unlock
Unlock OK.

Read key info, it is a Toyota 8A smart key.

Add New Smart Key
In this step, you’ll also need a working key.
Plug Autel IM508 or IM608 connector into OBD.

After the car model was identified, go to
Special function >> Smart code registration >> OK

This function is for registering a key.
Turn the ignition/ power switch on(engine off/ read off).
Do not carry any device which may generate electric waves into the vehicle, such as a cellular phone.
Note that each step must be performed within a specific amount of time.
Do not carry 2 or more keys into the vehicle. This may cause the function to fail.

Number of available spaces for new codes: 6
Number of registered key codes: 1
Check the current number of key codes, press “Next”.

Ensure that the 2 types of keys are separated and placed 30cm(1ft) or more from the vehicle.
1. Separate the 2 types of keys;
2. Place a registered key into the vehicle.

Touch the ignition with a registered key(beep) in 30s.
Number of key to confirm: 1
Press “Start”.

Touch the ignition with a new key to be registered in 30s.
1. Remove the registered key from vehicle.
2. Place a new key into the vehicle.
3. Touch the ignition with new key to be registered.(beep)

Key code registration is completed.

Let’s check the new key, it can use normally.

How to Cut TOY40 when All Key Lost via 2M2 Magic Tank?

2M2 Magic Tank can cut TOY40 key blade when all key lost. Applicable for LEXUS, MITSUBISHI, KIA, HYUNDAI, SSANG YONG, OPIRUS & TOYOTA.

Following is taking KIA L0670 as an example.

Power on 2M2 cutting machine.
Open MagicTank APP to connect machine via Bluetooth.
All key lost >> Input lock number: L0670, Kia >> TOY40 >> Cut

Please confirm whether it is a 2.0 Milling Cutter? Confirm

Follow instruction to install key blank on 2m2 clamp:
1. Fix the key on position A.
2. Align key tip with position 1.
3. Fix the key and tighten the screw.
Press “Cut” to start cutting.

2M2 Key Cutting Machine will start working automatically.
Wait for processing then turn over to cut the other side.

Remove the key when 2M2 finished.
It can open the door lock.
Key cutting is exactly accurate.

LISHI + Xhorse Dolphin XP005 Decode & Cut VW HU66 AKL

Use LISHI 2-in-1 Auto Pick working with Xhorse Dolphin XP005 can easily decode & cut a VW HU66 key when all keys lost. As long as you have a car lock, LISHI decoder can extract it for cutting a new key.

Following I’m gonna demonstrate how to do.

Decode Key
Firstly it needs to connect with Dolphin XP005 machine via Xhorse app or VVDI Key Tool MAX programmer. Enter into
Vehicle database >> Volkswagen >> All key blank >> HU66

M2-C clamp shoulder align.
Install key blank as prompted.

Input the codes decoded by LISHI: 23113444
Press “Find Bitting”.
A key type was displayed with code 0855, that’s it!

Cut Key
Cutting key >> Continue
Dolphin XP005 will work automatically on command.
Just wait until 100%...
Cutting key completed.

Clean & turn over key to cut the other side.
Repeat same command as before.
Either Key Tool MAX or Xhorse Dolphin screen can show the cutting progress.
100% again, completed!

Let’s take it out to have a try.
It can open the lock.

Solution: Yanhua Mini ACDP“Load resource failed” Issue

Problem
I was using Yanhua Mini ACDP to download software, but it prompted “Load resource failed! Please check the network, be sure can connect to the internet.” I still cannot download any software, what’s the problem? Please help me.

Solution
The reason why Mini ACDP App failed to download software is because of insufficient memory. Please follow the methods below for trouble-shooting.
1. Check if the phone is out of memory, if yes, please change to another phone;
2. Go to “Setting >> Clear cache” in app.

Then try to re-download again.
