Which tool can read the immo code on a 2016 Ford Transit Custom?

We recently received feedback from a customer: Launch x431 Pad VII with GIII XPROG3 to read immobilizer code for a Ford Transit Custom 2016. Can you offer me something?

To enable the IMMO function of this car, the IMMO software authorization needs to be activated.
