JAMES II, SECOND INCARNATION OF DAVID LYNCH AS A KING OF ENGLAND
From 12th to 20th century only two men were again incarnated as English-British kings. One of them is me (as both Henry VI and Edward VI), and the other is David Lynch, who has been firstly the king Edward IV in 15th century, and secondly king James II in 17th century. In his former incarnation, he was my second cousin, brother of Richard III [Charlie Sheen], and – man who deposed me from the throne. He was my relative in latter incarnation, too – nephew, in other words, I was married for his aunt, Elizabeth Stewart, Queen of Bohemia [Fani Stipković].
My first encounter with work of David Lynch, American movie director, was some 30 years ago. In fact, in local cinema then was some kind of review of contemporary movies, and his movie was presented last, announced mysteriously as „surprise film“. I immedialtelly recognized in it something new, something of artistic value, that reminded my in part, of Hitchcock movies. It is interesting that in that film, "Blue Velvet" were featured both his son from 15th century incarnation [Edward V - Kyle MacLachlan], and his wife from 17th century [Mary of Modena – Isabella Rossellini]. The soundtrack of the movies used the Roy Orbison song „In Dreams“, among others. Roy Orbison is incarnation of 20th century husband of Elisabeth of the Palatinate [Barbara Orbison]. That Elisabeth was James II's first cousin.
James II was the last Catholic king of England. His reign was short (only three years), until he was deposed by William III [incarnation Richard Gere] in so called „Glorious Revolution“ of 1688. The rest of his life he spent in France, in exile, by his cousin and ally, King Louis XIV, known under sobriquet „Sun King“ (remember McCartney song, from Abbey Road album?).
Mary of Modena – Isabella Rossellini was his second wife (and in my private opinion, maybe the most beautiful queen of England of all times). His first wife, Anne Hyde, was the same as in 15th century incarnation, Elizabeth Woodville - Emily Stofle. With her he had two daughters, Mary II of England [Carey Lovell] and Anne of Great Britain [Anne Miller] who would subsequently become both queens.
