After the death of his father, Mike Mazuro on the ship (due to the drug), Ricardo, with the help of Professor Milan, goes to the foreign Legion. He gets a characteristic nickname - Commodo. Alvaro Bartosz is a child from an orphanage, whom mafia transforms into hereditary - capo - Ivan. Alvaro called - Al - appreciates a good way of life and luxury. On one occasion he finds out that his real father is Mike Mazuro and that his mother (former, dead prostitute) had a short relationship with him. But Mike Mazuro was executed on Capo Ivan's orders. Al got avenged, him by killing him and taking over the throne of the Italian mafia. However, Alvaro does not know that he has some sibling somewhere, who bravely wants everything to revenge...

Za ljubitelje krimi-dela Dajane Diverno postoji verovatnoća da će roman Komodo - kumovanje italijanske mafije biti preveden na engleski jezik. Prevod će verovatno uraditi Tijana Minić. Delo se može očekivati 2020 godine.
Ovaj roman iz 2007 godine koji je objaljen kao e-book, još nije doživeo neku svoju štampanu verziju na drugim jezicima.
