SCENARIO DESCRIPTION:
When the Schaefer family from Hamburg accidentally finds out that the heirs of part of the money are American, deceased rich women, they go to the United States. Then they arrange all the legal matters regarding the part of the inheritance, and along the way they meet a former friend of that rich woman who has some details from her life. Made after the novel "Lady with One Dollar". The first form of this novel was made in the screenplay "Garrett's Cent" and was published in "The First Anthology" during 2019. The script is based on true events, although some things about the heirs have changed. The novel has so far been translated into English and German, and the translation was done by journalist and presenter Miodrag Radojčin

SCENE 1:
(Trudy listened to the radio, is in the upstairs room. She turn off the radio, comes out of that room, leans over the stairs and shouts to her sister who is on the ground floor in the dining room. Her sister sets the table for lunch. They expect guests for lunch)

TRUDY: Adolf Hitler wants Henrietta's money!

FERNANDA FALKNER: Please, Trudy. Did you say something?

TRUDY: I said Hitler wanted Henrietta's money too!
(she shouted down the stairs and slowly descended to the ground floor. The dining room should be open with a vault)
Did you hear me?

FERNANDA: (Fernanda puts the plates on the table)
Yes, I heard you.

TRUDY: Isn't that bad? Isn't he tired of all this with this war. He is above all possessive and dark.

FERNANDA: Dark?

TRUDY: Yes, he doesn't drink, he doesn't smoke. He never cheated on his mistress Eva Brown. Hitler is an exceptional chancellor. And since everything is the best ... I also heard that he eats vegetarian food. And with all that, he attacks when he arrives, and now he's targeting Henrietta's money.

FERNANDA: So what does that matter to you, Trudy?

TRUDY: How what? Well that's not right.

FERNANDA: Not?

TRUDY: Well no.
(she shakes her head as if in disbelief)
First of all, how can he dispose of some old lady's money there in the United States, and only because she is German.

FERNANDA: German?

TRUDY: Hers are of German origin. I think she was born there. She was married for many years to that American, that Walter Garrett. Even if she wasn't born in America, and I think she is, she has American citizenship. What does Adolf Hitler have to do with someone who died in America? That's outrageous! First of all, Nando, it would be like having connections with a Chinese man who died in Hong Kong at a time when they were besieged by phlegmatic Britons.

FERNANDA: Phlegmatically the British camped in that Hong Kong for as long as I know for a period of 99 years, as far as I can remember
(she now stacks spoons and forks on the table next to the plate)

TRUDY: It does not matter at all where the phlegmatic British encamped, but that Hitler has no right to dispose of Henrietta Garrett's money because she is of German origin. And imagine, Nanda, what's her maiden name?

FERNANDA: I don't even know the name of that Henrietta?

TRUDY: Schaefer! Isn't that unusual?

FERNANDA: And what should be strange here. There are as many Schaefer’s as you want.
