This is a quick guide on how to set the Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus screen lock password for the first time.

Follow the steps to operate:
Settings >> Security & location >> Screen lock >> PIN/Swipe
Here you can set PIN or Swipe for Key Tool Plus screen lock.

Problem: The XHORSE Multi-Prog Programmer screen is blank without a menu. I can't perform any functions. What's wrong with it? Please help.

Solution
Follow the below to disassemble Multi-Prog device:
1) Remove 6 screws on the back.
2) Remove all screws on the side.
3) Remove in the direction of the arrow.
4) Disconnect and reconnect all wires to the device.

Problem: When I was using Xhorse MLB Tool + MQB Adapter to get immo data from the server, it prompted:

"Faid to query last calculation result 4 (Status-1: There's no result in server) ".

What's the matter? Please help.

Solution
Please re-select "Collect key data" again, and DO NOT click on "Query last successful result".
