Na ovom novom izdanju nema razlika od orginalnog Ultimate Kylie izdanja iz 2004.god osim novog omota te će biti dostupan kao 2CD-a + DVD.

Na Greatest Hits albumu "Ultimate Kylie" nalaze se Kylieni najveći hitovi, od "I Should Be So Lucky" iz 1987. pa sve do posljednjih hitova "I Believe In You" i "Giving You Up"(2005).

Dvostruki album sadrži 33 pjesme od kojih je 7 pjesama Br. 1 a ostalih 27 su top 10 hitovi.
