KYLIE Minogue took a welcome break from her breast cancer treatment by going sailing with fiancé Olivier Martinez.
The pop princess again wore a headscarf to cover her thinning hair as she and French actor Olivier took to the seas off Corsica.
Kylie, 37, shielded her eyes with a hand as she gazed ahead to the horizon on a bright Mediterranean day.
And she even took a turn at the helm of the yacht as a crewman watched.
The singer — seen on Sunday taking a stroll in Paris with Olivier, 39 — is due to undergo more harrowing chemotherapy on Friday.
Kylie Minogue somehow managed to look carefree as she stepped out with devoted fiancé Olivier Martinez.
The pair held hands and laughed as they strolled in sunshine through the streets of Paris.
Courageous Kylie — undergoing gruelling chemotherapy as she battles breast cancer — wore a polkadot headscarf to cover her thinning hair. And the tiny singer, 37, looked more fragile than ever.
But an onlooker who saw the sweethearts in the upmarket district of St Germain said: “They looked like any couple in love.
“Kylie did look pale and gaunt but she was giggling with Olivier and being very brave. Olivier was very protective of her and constantly held his arm across her back.”

Kylie Minogue will resume her cancelled 'Showgirl' tour in Spring 2006
The singer was forced to pull out of the Australian leg of her tour earlier this year when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Since then, she has received two operations and a course of chemotherapy which have blessed her with a speedy recovery.
A source told The People: "When the tour was cancelled, naturally everyone's first thought was for Kylie's health.
"The team weren't given any indication of if or when the dates would be rescheduled and were just left hanging. So imagine their surprise and delight when they received a call last week to tell them it would be back on in the spring."

I would just like to take a moment to say that above and beyond all your good wishes that keep flowing in and lifting my spirits I was delighted to learn that some good things have come of all this.
I've been informed that since my diagnosis thousands of women have become more aware than ever of the risk of breast cancer. By way of example, calls to BreastScreen Victoria from concerned women have almost doubled. Being "breast aware" plays a major role in early detection so I was especially pleased to hear that younger women in particular are being more proactive with breast examination and talking to their doctors.
I know that many of my fans have purchased the pink bracelets or pink ribbons and have made donations towards breast cancer support and research, and even cashing in Showgirl concert tickets as a donation, and I thank you. I have been overwhelmed by your show of generosity and understanding. Just what the doctor(s) ordered.
As for me I am getting through this one step at a time and your messages of love and support have been greatly appreciated.
Please don't believe everything you have read as rumours of my condition and treatments are rife and generally incorrect. Unfortunately it still seems that the truth doesn't get in the way of a story ... the repainting of my hospital room pink ... imported English body guards ... more imagined boyfriends ... diverted ambulances ... an "entire hospital wing" for "my entourage" and other equally ridiculous stories.
Rest assured I am being well looked after, though it will be a long road ahead. I will be receiving future treatment on my return to Europe.
In the meantime love to you all, as always.

Također Australske televizije su zbog bolesti Kylie Minogue u svojim programima o raku dojke izvještavale 20 puta više nego ranije, u izvješćima je naglasak bio na činjenici da i mlade žene mogu oboljeti od raka dojke te da je rano otkrivanje bolesti ključno za uspješno liječenje.
Stručnjaci dodaju kako bi inače za takvo izvještavanje o zdravstvenim temama u medijima bile nužne vrlo skupe kampanje.
