NAPUTAK ZA LJEPLJENJE PLAKATA
Ukoliko kvalitetno podijelite letke i poljepite plakate imat ćemo dovoljno novih članova, u protivnom će Zagrebačke mažoretkinje propasti. O vama ovisi budućnost našeg sastava.

- obvezno nalijepiti jedan plakat u svoju školu
- ako već postoji plakat (netko ga je drugi prelijepio) ne lijepiti ga
- obvezno dati po jedan plakat mami i tati da izlijepe na vidljivom mjestu na poslu
- ostale plakate izlijepiti na što boljim mjestima

Bilo bi dobro da se izlijepe plakati na:
- radna mjesta rodbine, prijatelja, susjeda, a posebno
- ukoliko netko radi na radnim mjestima gdje prolazi mnogo ljudi (trgovine, uredi, banke, uslužna djelatnost, dvorane, kina, škole, vrtići, bolnice...)
- oglasne ploče velikih poduzeća (tvornice, skladišta, trgovačka predstavništva...)
- trgovine, kladionice, kafići, restorani, škole i slične institucije u kvartu
- pitati poznatu prodavačicu može li se nalijepiti plakat
- ulazi u velike zgrade sa mnogo stanova
- ukoliko živite u velikoj zgradi ili blizu velike zgrade gdje ima mnogo stanova nalijepite plakat na ulazna vrata
- mjesta gdje je dozvoljeno i predviđeno plakatiranje
- frekventna mjesta gdje prolazi mnogo ljudi
- ukoliko imate stan, garažu ili neki drugi objekt gdje prolazi mnogo ljudi (centar grada, blizina stanice, škole, velikih shoping centara...) nalijepite na prozor ili neko drugo vidljivo mjesto
- ukoliko vam ograda stoji pokraj mjesta gdje prolazi mnogo ljudi nalijepite na ogradu
- automobilsko staklo ukoliko vam roditelji (rodbina, prijatelji...) parkiraju auto na vidljivom mjestu u centru ili je automobil konstantno u prometu kroz grad

NIKAKO NE LIJEPITI PLAKATE NA:
- banke, trgovine, urede državne uprave, privatna poduzeća i sl. bez prethodne dozvole djelatnika
- autobusne i tramvajske stanice, autobuse i tramvaje
- izloge poduzeća bez prethodne dozvole djelatnika
- ograde, stupove javne rasvjete u centru grada, prometne znakove, putokaze...
- sva mjesta gdje je zabranjeno plakatiranje

Ljepljenje na ova mjesta znači da će nam netko skinuti plakat i još ćemo platiti kaznu!

PODJELA LETAKA (FLAJERA) u:
- poštanske sandučiće stanova ili kuća (posebno ako znate da tamo žive djevojke ili djevojčice)
- u školi, na poslu
- na vjetrobranska stakla parkiranih automobila
- uz račun u trgovini, kinu, kladionici...

TREBATE LI VIŠE PLAKATA ILI LETAKA jer
- imate svoje poduzeće gdje možete izlijepiti plakate,
- radite u firmi koja ima mogućnost distribucije većeg broja letaka npr. uz račun u trgovini isl.
- imate velik broj poslovnih partnera koji mogu distribuirati plakate ili letke...

Dear friends!
After 11 years we are, at last, in motherland of majorettes, in France. 200 years ago majorettes start in France and it was EMA’s biggest wish to have championship in France and again to make France center of majorettes’ dance. So, this year European majorettes’ championship will be something special, something what we will remember.

Each accreditation have letter for zones where participant can go with accreditation
A – forbidden zones, judges lounge, judges tribune
B – arena
C – preparation zone
D – audio system
E – VIP zone
F – PREES zone

IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION!

Adult Child Ratios. EMA believes that to enable supervision to be effective we will need to advertise a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children. By supervision we presume that adult have to be with child all the time, and not only by formal number of adults.
Property treatment. Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facility or in your accommodation please report in to welcome desk (information) immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of championship and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. EMA reserves the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
PENALIZATION OF INCIDENTS DURING EC. For safety of all majorettes, audience and all other participants of the EMC we find ourselves entitled to, without any warning or consequences remove any person, even a competitor, from the Championship as well as from any of the places the Championship is taking place on. If therefore some team shall not be able to perform, it is the problem of the competitors, and it will not influence the decision of the organizer. Any kind of rude, immoral and unsportsmanlike behavior displayed by any person with accreditation, minor or not, will not be at all tolerated. It is strictly forbidden for all persons with accreditations (competitors, trainers and noncompetitors) to comment, insult or attack anybody inside the arena or any other competition zone (A, B, C or D). Serious offenders will be taken away by the police, and there will be criminal charges brought against them.
INSURANCE. All persons with accreditations and all those who participate in EMC have to arrange insurance (health, injury, damage, accident) for themselves by themselves, because EMA and organizers will not accept responsibility for any kind of injury, damage or accident, and will not make any amends. EMA and the organizers did all that was in their power to maximize prevention and reaction to any damage (health care and emergency service at the arena, security service…), but the health insurance and insurance in foreign countries has to be arranged by every team for their members. This regulation is considered as a legal regulation that is accepted by every participant at the accreditation.
