In the production process, it is essential that the kitting is checked and recorded . the color temperature, and even different partitions should be completely recorded in the record of the feeding. This process is often ignored because everyone thinks is a simple action . To prevent errors , in addition the detailed records need to be checked and then assemble on the SMT lines . Of course, there is also possibility that the color temperature is made mistake due to the negligence , it is best to use the bar code to control , designed frame special , different barcodes can not be put on , thus avoiding the possibility of manual errors .

In the assembly process, the IPQC should drawn once every two hours,the final testing before storage is essential.

Some detection may be detected when aging. Currently we are observing and inspecting the brightness and color temperature , but which is affected by the human factors .It is best to measure the parameter while aging, which requires a device to guarantee.
