How to control the optical parameters of the LED light

We just generally y care about the optical parameters of the domestic LED lamps that is currently produced at the design stage, we are always considering choosing which chip and driver, how to cool and so on. However, there is no effective means of control in the production process, including large companies , too. How to control the full range of optical parameters in production process?

The incoming inspection firstly detect whether the parameters of each volume chip are the same as per roll labels of , in general, brand chip is unlikely mistaking the entire volume , so detecting one or two pcs is OK, the parameters mainly include the luminous flux , color temperature , power, current and voltage. In the production process, it is essential that the kitting is checked and recorded . the color temperature, and even different partitions should be completely recorded in the record of the feeding. This process is often ignored because everyone thinks is a simple action . To prevent errors , in addition the detailed records need to be checked and then assemble on the SMT lines . To the lamp assembly, what shall be done for incoming inspection should be the same as that of the LED board,select the sampling to send to the integrating sphere to measure all the parameters. In the assembly process, the IPQC should drawn once every two hours,the final testing before storage is essential.

Some detection may be detected when aging. Currently we are observing and inspecting the brightness and color temperature , but which is affected by the human factors .It is best to measure the parameter while aging, which requires a device to guarantee. I believe that such devices will be available in the near future as LED products more and more mature!
