However, there is no effective means of control in the production process, including large companies , too. How to control the full range of optical parameters in production process?
The incoming inspection firstly detect whether the parameters of each volume chip are the same as per roll labels of , in general, brand chip is unlikely mistaking the entire volume , so detecting one or two pcs is OK, the parameters mainly include the luminous flux , color temperature , power, current and voltage. The sampling ratio should be increased for the unknown branded
In the production process, it is essential that the kitting is checked and recorded . the color temperature, and even different partitions should be completely recorded in the record of the feeding. This process is often ignored because everyone thinks is a simple action . To prevent errors , in addition the detailed records need to be checked and then assemble on the SMT lines . Of course, there is also possibility that the color temperature is made mistake due to the negligence , it is best to use the bar code to control , designed frame special , different barcodes can not be put on , thus avoiding the possibility of manual errors .
The next the quality of patch also affect the normal use of the chip , such as Weld, the solder temperature is so high that burn the chips, the electrostatic breakdown the chips. So the paste deadline should be regularly checked , prohibit using the expired solder paste . Regular cleaning and inspection the tension of the steel is to ensure the thickness and integrity of the solder paste. We all hope the problem of the fixture can be found after the aging test . In fact, this is a common problem of LED lighting plant , preferably test the associated optical parameters after the LED board is affixed, in order to avoid post- production rework. Currently on -line detection is still relatively weak , few can do online testing. Many people think that it is not necessary, as long as the LED chip is selected that all parameters can be granted, which is obviously quite different with the reality. If you can not do online , at least a few in every batch shall be selected to test with the integral ball .
To the lamp assembly, what shall be done for incoming inspection should be the same as that of the LED board,select the sampling to send to the integrating sphere to measure all the parameters. In the assembly process, the IPQC should drawn once every two hours,the final testing before storage is essential.
Some detection may be detected when aging. Currently we are observing and inspecting the brightness and color temperature , but which is affected by the human factors .It is best to measure the parameter while aging, which requires a device to guarantee. I believe that such devices will be available in the near future as LED products more and more mature!
