El Camino de Santiago
 Ovaj post je čisto informativnog karaktera, za sve koji bi htjeli znati više :)) Sa stranice OVE vadim dio teksta o Caminu, za one koji nisu upoznati sa njim, nek je to uvodni tekst :D ......................A friend walked the Camino back in 1985 and I’d always promised myself that one day I would do the same. Her interest was medieval history and there was certainly plenty of that on offer, but I was more interested in the idea that the Camino followed the path of the Milky Way past Santiago towards Cape Finisterre (Land’s End) the most westerly point on mainland Spain and a place revered by the Celts who built a solar altar there to worship the setting sun. Like other places with Celtic origins, I found Galicia to be full of megaliths, standing stones and prehistoric sites and some basic research revealed that many of the Christian cathedrals, shrines and holy places on the Camino were built on the site of more ancient temples. Santiago de Compostela was no exception, with excavations revealing not only the remains of an older cathedral destroyed by the Moors but also a Roman temple and an even older Celtic well. Another famous Camino landmark, the Cruz de Ferro or Iron Cross, marks the highest point of the track and was originally the site of a pagan monument. ‘Santiago’ is Spanish for ‘St James’, while ‘Compostela’ means ‘field of the star’. The official explanation for the city’s origin is that in 835 AD, the secret burial place of St James the Apostle was revealed by a bright shining star twinkling over a remote field. However, further research shows that when Christian pilgrimages to the burial site began in the 9th century, this road of the stars already existed and had done for hundreds if not thousands of years! In fact the whole of the Camino from St Jean Pied de Port to Santiago de Compostela, is peppered with villages, places and mountain passes named after stars or after a trail of light, as if it were a stellar route, a route leading to a special destination - the field of the star. I discovered that in Roman times, the road to Santiago was a trade route known as the Via Lactea or Milky Way. And today those stars can be seen everywhere – on signposts, in churches, on rose windows in the Gothic cathedrals, on the stone wells and monuments and on restaurant menus. And before the Romans came the Celts. The trademark Camino scallop shell is an ancient symbol for the setting sun and was a focus of pre-Christian Celtic rituals in Galicia long before the birth of James. The scallop shell is also a pagan fertility symbol connected with the goddess Venus and the divine feminine................. Preslikavanje lišća na tkanine i papire.
Jučer i danas pokušala sam u tri ture preslikati bilje na spomenute materijale. Pogledala sam prilično videa, činiLO se dosta lako i izvedivo. Sad se više ne čini. :D Ovdje su opservacije: Papir: Zaista, na obični papir koji čovjek doma ima da bi printao na njega ne isplati se niti pokušavati preslikati lišće. Papir se kod kuhanja raspao. Kolega bloger @VladKrvoglad spominjao je papir od 100% celuloze, i on je zacijelo u pravu, tip papira mora biti kao za vodene boje, Kad nabavim, pokušam. Također, glavni problem bio je čime pritisnuti papire, na videu tip ima dvije drvene 'ploče',dva glatka komada u koja stavi papir, čvrsto zaveže da se ne mrda, a pretpostavljam i da se ne raspadne, i još optereti ciglom dok se kuha. Meni je, umjesto drvenih planjaka, dijete donjelo komad betona sa štengi :D i našla sam komad kamene kocke. Tako se kuhalo, beton dolje, kamena kocka povrh, ali, sve se raspalo nakon kuhanja, a preslika se dogodila na samo par malih mjesta. Znači: trebam papir koji valja nešto da ih povežem i sprešam, da se tako kuha. Tkanine; u prvoj turi bojala sam Đetetovu majcu/majicu i komad tkanine zvan žutica. Problem je bio što su mi tuljci bili predugi pa nisu mogli biti cijeli uronjeni tijekom kuhanja. Mijenjala sam im pozicije, ali to je kajgot. Poslije kuhanja  Dakle; prva tura, tkanine naoctila, složila bilje, namotala na recimo ravne komade drvenih štapova povezala ih špagom, ko npr. smotke bilja za kađenje, znači čvrsto i uzduž cijelog predmenta. Kuhalo se sa nešto lukovih ljuski za dodatnu boju, i komadom hrđavog borera. Navodno treba nešto hrđavo, da se lišće bolje preslika? U jednom od videa, moram naći gdje, ženska umjesto hrđavih predmeta koristi nešto iz apoteke, budem to istražila. Majca se je obojala od luka, a krpa je ispala kao komad kojim sam pobrisala prolivenu kavu s poda. Na majci se tek blijedi otisci lista, i šare od konca preko boje od luka. Bezveze. Nakon skidanja bilja, na ovoj krpi nije ostalo ništa, samo je zamusana  Majca  Detalj:   *********************************************** Nakon što me raspigao taj skoro pa potpuni neuspjeh, nisam mogla prozvati fajrunt , nego sam ponovila pokus na novom komadu žutice. (Iako, to je predebelo platno, i kao da je preparirano nečime, teško inicijalno upija tekućinu, a pegla se također užasno teško.) Kuhala sam duže, skoro dva sata, stavila komad hrđave žice, možda metar ili tako, Tkaninu nisam octila, za pokus, ali sam je bolje sklopila, uže, pa je stala sva u lonac. Narolala također na drveni štapić, povezala špagom i to....... Nije bog zna što, ali je bolje..... Ah, da, kako sam rezala ananas usput, ubacivala sam lišće unutra, u slučaju da daje boju. Ne daje. :D  Nakon kuhanja   Sto put popeglano!!  Detalj  Odostraga  ********************************************** Jutros sam pronašla dva komadića svile, bar si ja tako svilu zamišljam, i ponovila: ocat, bilje, ovaj put plastična folija da pritisne lišće na tkaninu (NIJE djelotvorno), kuhalo se oko sat, u luku, bez hrđavih predmeta. Rezultat, tkanina obojana lukom, šare od špage, nigdje ni traga lišću, samo blage mrljice boje od žutih i ljubičastih cvjetića.  ************************************************ ZAKLJUČAK: tkanine namočiti u ocat složiti lišće, donje, žilave strane daju markantniji otisak, pokriti još kakvom (octom natopljenom) tkaninom za iskoristiti tiskanje, preko nečeg glatkog (vidjela sam staklenke, i bakrene cijevi!!! na videima) čvrsto, što čvršće i glađe namotati, čvrsto povezati, kuhati uz nešto hrđavo, kuhati BAREM DVA sata. Bez brige da ću probati opet. :)))) Treba naći fine, tanke, podatne tkanine. Navodno se vuna super boja, navodno da eukaliptusovo lišće (pitati u cvjećarni) daje odličnu narančastu boju.
