Domaći rezanci od koprive.

Oštro brašno, mlaku vodu, ulje, sol i koprive sam dobro umijesila da bude čvrsto, ostavila oko sat vremena da odstoji u vrećici za zamrzavanje, razvaljala tijesto, zarolala i narezala. (koprive sam usitnila štapnim mikserom) Tijesto sam ostavila da se suši za idući dan. Jako, jako fino ! Na biljnom ulju sam dinstala luk i vrganje, dodavala vodu u kojoj se kuhali rezanci, začinila (sol, bio vegeta, papar) te pred kraj dodala sviježi peršin i zobenu kremu za kuhanje.
