Day 53

naughty
I'm not that much into icons, but my dinner yesterday deserved one!
My dear ones, yesterday evening I had pizza for dinner!!!!!
I guess you can almost FEEL what a huuuuuuge smile I have on my face.
I've been thinking about that pizza forever. So, I had it yesterday.
(well, the reason is because I baked my bread, so used the dough, lol)

As for the bread, this time 40% corn flour, 60% rye. And forgotten to add salt. And baked it on 200 degrees for 1 3/4h.
Still haven't tried it, as this morning I was absolutely not hungry.
So, I'm skipping breakfast.
If I would have breakfast, it would be two eggs with fresh bread. :D

For lunch/dinner I'll have fish soup. (going to the beach this afternoon, so no additional baggage, lol)

And now my pizza.
I put sliced tomatoes, ham, bacon, garlic, onions and peppers paste.
Actually for the beginning, I put it to the oven for 15 minutes to get hard.
For the next time, I need to remember to pick the dough with fork, otherwise it rises in the middle and dries on the sides.
Then I spread peppers paste on the bottom, then ham, then bacon. In the oven for another 10 minutes. Took it out, put chopped garlic, sliced tomato (one tomato) and sliced onion (half).

It smelled sooooo good that I couldn't resist, and ate it. (it was supposed to be my breakfast, lol)

Ok, just had my lunch (btw, I overate, but again that soup... oooooohhhh...)
Bread is really delicious. It was just the right mixture. It is not too dry, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Hey, I've just realised... No baking soda!!! Wow, I've forgotten to add that as wel!!!
In that case, this bread is really wonderful!

For dinner, I bought two portions of fried shrimps (I peal the dough, as I eat no white flour).
(And already have eaten them - and it is 16:00h. I must be really nervous.)

And today going to the beach (heard that the weather -starting tomorrow- won't be that nice).

Day 52

Ok. I admit. I'm getting lazy!
Already 3 days in a row I'm having the buckwheat porridge.
Today with two sliced kiwi's and one apple.
Not supposed to, I know, but what the hack!

Anyway, today, everything going as planned, I'll bale bread and will have scrambled eggs tomorrow morning. :D

For lunch I made a tuna salad.
Peel and slice one whole cucumber. Peel and slice one onion. Add tuna tin (in water). 2 spoons of capers (not supposed to, but what the heck), some salt and pepper.
And one avocado, cut in tiny pieces.
Now I remember I wanted to put some rucola salad, too, but have forgotten.
Ah, well...
Anyway, that's it.
This afternoon, I'll add lemon juice and some oil, and my salad is ready!

I have finished my salad, and I was still hungry.
So, I had 3 (THREE!!!) rice crackers with sunflower paste. I'm much better now, but still feeling empty. Must be ovulating, lol...

Dinner...
Will see.

Candida - day 51

Good morning!
I 'm at work right now and there is a technician checking our ventilation system.
I've always been afraid of those panels above. Imagined the rats and all other kind of stuff above. Now, I see there is nothing except wires, tubes and LOTS of dust!

Btw, tonight is the night that I have not waken up at 6:00, but woke up at 7:22h, just after my alarm went on!
Finally!!! I truly hope this will be the beginning of a good night rest, again. :)

And now the menu for today:

Breakfast:
Porridge (buckwheat) with 1/3 mango.
This was soooooooo delicious! Sweet and plenty of fibres. You have to try this.

Lunch:
Used:
50gr millet, 1 onion, 40gr smoked ham, 1 carrot, 100gr broccoli, pepper
Cook 50gr millet.
As I like steaming veggies, i have put the carrots to get steamed a bit (10 minutes), and broccoli for 5 minutes).
In the meantime, cut ham into little cubes, cut onions, and clean and slice carrot.
Put the ham to fry. After 5-7 minutes, take the ham out of the frying pan and put onions in.
You'll fry the onions on the fat left from the ham. Fry onions for 15 minutes. They need to get nice and brown. Add ham back to the onions, and continue frying.

Take the onions and ham out of the pan. Put in the carrots and broccoli, and fry it a bit. Add some pepper.

To serve:
Then, put the millet on the plate. Then onions with ham. Carrots with brocolli on the top.
Eat it with salad (oil, lemon juice and salt as the dressing).

I've been just eating my lunch. The carrots and brocolli is nice and crunchy. Very delicious and simple meal. (it took 45 minutes, but REMEMBER... I AM SLOW!!!)

Dinner?
Really have no idea. I'll add it tomorrow. :D
What was for dinner? I had an apple around 20h (as i was hungry-ish) and then a slice of ham and 3 cloves garlic around 22h (yes, I know, I know, the thing is I really wanted to eat that garlic). :D

Candida - day 48/49/50

Hi!
Weekend was great!!!
There was a weather alarm in whole NL, except in my area. Here, the weather was absolutely great. We had REAL summer (in those 4 days) sretan

Now I should think of what I've eaten these days...
Hm...

Day 48:
Breakfast, I had goat's cheese with a piece of my good old bread and smoked meat. And ajvar.
For lunch, chicken soup (bouillon, actually) with some carrots.
Dinner, fish from the bbq.
(plus the sinned stuff like salad which was made with vinegar, instead of lemons).

Day 49:
Breakfast, porridge with one apple.
Lunch. Well, I felt like junk food, so I ate freshly popped popcorn.
Dinner, pasta with goats cheese (again the no-no, but wtf!)

And today:
Breakfast:
Porridge with kiwi (3, as they're drying up).
Lunch will be in Paagman, so probably French fries.
Dinner, mmmm...
Cooked rice (approx 35gr when dry).
Cut 50gr bacon in thin stripes and fried them a bit, added 5 sliced cloves of garlic and approx 70gr spinach (from the freezer). Fried it a bit (until the water evaporated).
+ salad (with oil and lemon juice).

Simple today. I really felt like no cooking WHAT-SO-EVER!

Candida - day 47

Good morning!
I've been told that today will be one of the most beautiful and warmest days in July. Well, finally!!! After WEEKS of rain and cold, a bit of sun and warmth comes as refreshment.
Plus, finally I can wear my mini skirts and sleeveless shirts. :D

Today my colleague and friend Tanja is leaving. She is going back to her home country and is looking forward to it.
I'm sad. Another person I love, and whose company I like is leaving.
But that's (I guess) the life.
Time passes, and people come and go. We all do that. I come and go to my friends and family.

Stalna na tom svijetu samo mijena jest.

The only constant in this world is a change.

Anyway, as we have a farewell lunch for her today, I cooked nothing and had one baked egg for breakfast.
Dinner? No idea. It is going to be a wonderful day so will do my best to spend it on the beach. :D
Not thinking about the food.
Anyway, if in doubt, I would recommend salad (green, for fibres) with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
Have a great weekend.

Candida - day 46

Sooooooo felt like not writing today...
It is beautiful weather, and I was on the beach up till 10 minutes ago.
Oh, still feel the warmth of the sun in my back and soft wind on my face.
Mmmm...

Went there for lunch. Ate some fruit (peaches - a big no, no!) and walked a bit.
The sand is so warm. The sea so quiet. The beach overpopulated, :D

Anyway, here is menu for today:

Breakfast:
Polenta (from day before yesterday, took it out of the freezer) with oatmilk.
Usually I don't use microwave oven, but today, for the change I did.

Lunch:
Rest of polenta with meat and vegetables.
Cut 2 onions in rings.
Slice 3 cloves garlic in thin slices.
Fry both onions and garlic on 1 spoon of oil (or ghee - I used ghee today).
Add chicken (which I had in the freezer - from the soup I made on Saturday) finly cut. Keep on frying.
Now, I had some bok-choy (for 10 days already and I hate throwing away the food), so I cut it in thin slices. Cut the green part, too, but leave it for the end.
Keep on stirring.
Two tomatoes, half and then slice the halves. Add to the mixture and keep on stirring.
Add some salt an pepper. Half tea spoon turmeric. And some coriander seeds (I have ground mine before adding).
Let it simmer softly, until the tomatoes get squashy.
Then add the green parts of bok-choy and stir for another 2 minutes.
Ready!

No dinner. Yoga day.
Errrrr... Just had my dinner (15:10h). 1/2kg strawberries ( a huuuuuge no-no!)

Candida - day 45

Hi!
I am still quite tired. This weather in combination with the external influences (lol) are killing me.
The only good thing is that I do go to bed around 22h, do fall asleep around 23h. But then also wake up around 6.30h.

For the past few days I dream very vividly. Today I couldn't remember what I dreamed of. But I do remember waking up when I said that I am very jealous. Then I remembered a specific person and that was it.

Anyway, the menu for today.

Breakfast:
Two eggs, baked on ghee with bread from last week (or a week before - I don't eat that much bread).
Lunch:
I will have fish soup I think. I took that bread with me, lol.
Dinner?
Yes. Soup. I have chicken bouillon. So, a carrot and some parsley and that's it.

See you tomorrow.

Candida - day 44

Today I am DEFINITLY not hungry.

I had this horrible breakfast of polenta with coconut milk, and I must say I have more than enough of coconut milk.
It is disgusting and I can't eat it any more.
Maybe in 3-4 weeks I'll be able to have something with coconut milk again.

Anyway, for the lunch and dinner (skipped the yoga yesterday) I will have this pure polenta (as my meat-y side dish got f..d up).
But to say the truth, I am more than happy about it. And not hungry at all.
Water!!!! I want water!

Candida - day 41/42/43

Hello back!
Didn't do that much these days.
Was not hungry mostly. Being on PMS has it's advantages.
Anyway, on day 41
I had 7 bananas throughout the day (a bit too much, I know). I really had to have sugar!!!
And I got it.
in the end, for dinner I had my one piece of bread with two banana's.
Before that the same, or banana's only, no bread.

Day 42:
Breakfast/lunch (I wasn't that hungry):
200gr pork meat, baked, no fat.
6 smaller red potatoes, one sweet potato. Cook them first, then bake them a bit (just to get a bit of crust).
Dinner:
I had a French fries portion in KFC. Really wasn't hungry.

Day 43 (yoga day):
Breakfast: porridge (buckwheat) with one kiwi.
Lunch/dinner: 175gr buckwheat pasta. 40gr ham cut in cubes and fried lightly.
Put the ham on the pasta. As salad 5 tomatoes with olive oil and salt.

P.S. Thanks to my ex boyfriend, I have fallen under 80kg!!!
Thanks Rien, that one I won't forget (along with the other under-the-belt ones).

Candida - day 40

Yesterday I spoke with my friend, and I said the most beautiful sentence I have ever made in my whole life.
It simply made sense.

"Danas sam sretna, i na tome gradim svoje sutra".
"Today I am happy. This is the base for my tomorrow."

Cheesy, ain't it? LOL

Didn't feel like cooking today, so had an egg for breakfast and will have fish soup for the lunch.
No dinner, or maybe some fruit, simply to give stomach something to do. :D

Have a great weekend, girls!

Candida - day 38/39

Ok, forgotten to write yesterday.
Pardon me!

I am still not hungry. Don't feel hunger at all.
Keep on eating because I know I have to. It's a must, :D

Ok, what have I done on day 38

Firstly I cooked 100gr buckwheat.

Breakfast:
Then I took 1/3 from the cooked mass and put it in 2dl coconut milk.
I left it cook for 10 minutes, took it off the heat.
After I poured the porridge in the plate, I added cinnamon.

Lunch:
Put a spoon of oil into the frying pan.
I still have the chicken meat from the soup I had three days ago, took it out of the freezer.
So, cut that meat in tiny pieces and put it in the frying pan. In the meantime, cut 4-5 cloves garlic (circles), and add to the meat.
Put a pinch or two of turmeric. Then add other 2/3 cooked buckwheat. Stir all together. Add some salt and pepper.
As the last one, add 3-4 tomatoes cut in biggish cubes.
Let it fry for another 5-8 minutes (until the tomatoes are almost gone).
I've eaten this with green salad (plus olive oil and salt and lemon juice).

Dinner:
2x2cm banana bread cake

Day 39
Breakfast:
One fried egg with one small bread bun. This time, the bread was not that dry... it's a bit wet-ish (pity). Which means that I NEED to put some corn flour to make it nice and dry. Ok. Now I know.

Lunch:
I sliced and grilled 5 small egg-plants. Also, I cooked 3 sweet potatoes, then sliced them and grilled the slices.
For all that vegetables I used approx 2 spoons of Ghee (cleared butter; clarified? Whatever!).

BTW, yesterday I have made ghee. I hope it went ok. Now I have to see if it's gonna set or do I have to keep it in the fridge (if not cleared enough, then it gets bad and I'll have to throw it away).

I am not hungry.
Not bad, but still... I don't get it.

And another thing. I so hate that coconut milk now! After a whole day of that thingt with polenta, I really couln't take it any more. Bljak!

Candida - day 37

I feel a bit better now. Well, with a bit help from my friend(s).

Yesterday my friend came back from vacation and the first thing was to call me for a dinner.
Which I firstly refused, because I really didn't want to eat and was not hungry.
Then just went for a small peek, to hear how it was and was presented with the full plate.
I must say it was delicious, but it was also filled with the things i was not supposed to eat.
Fried rice with vegetables. Fine, but not the additional stuff like fried onions (wheat flour) or salad itself is great, but not with vinegar.
Ok, I've eaten it (actually, my stomach was crying for warm food), but it also made me guilty.

So, to correct being guilty, today I eat polenta with coconut milk.
Had it for breakfast and will have it for lunch and dinner.
If I get hungry in the meantime, there is an apple and 3 kiwis that wait to be eaten.

I hope I'll start being normal again.
I need to be normal again.

No Candida post

Relationship with R. broken up this Friday.
I've been crying for days now.
I'm not hungry, or interested in anything.

I want my old self back.
To start thinking about the food and going out and taking a walk. About travelling and music and good books and films.
I want to stop crying and thinking.

As for the diet, I don't know girls, please recycle something from the past month.

Candida - day 33 (horrible)

My dears, cook whatever you want.
I have cooked the second worst meal.
The mixture and taste...
Bljak!

Breakfast was good: buckwheat porridge.
But the lunch... Horrible, really horrible.

I had barley with vegetables. Barley was ok, I mean, i simply cooked it.
But the vegetables... Please do whatever you want.

Although...
I have noticed that when I eat barley I have problem with breathing. It feels like I am allergic to it and am having a reaction.
I do know that when I ate it warm, and with meat, I would get red spots, super itchy and would also not be able to breathe normally.

Well, I am drinking litres of water (finished my meal 1/2h ago) and will see if there is a reaction.
Plus still drink my water to get it out of my system.

Have a nice weekend!

Kada????

No...
To nije razlog zasto pisem.

Sve vise me nervira taj lazni sjaj i lazna oholost i napravljanje.
Idem dalje.
Pusa i pozdrav!
T.

E, sad dolazi moje naklapanje.
A zasto? Zasto je sve to takova sramota? Zasto se moram sramiti ako sam nesto od nekoga dobila. Pa zar to nije

Candida - day 31/32

These two days not much has happened.
Well, with the exception that I got the PMS surge to eat sweet and sweet and more sweet.
Although the funny thing is that I am not that into chocolate.
Actually, I got four little chocolates from a colleague and each of them has a small label: October, November, December and January.
So, each will be eaten in it's own time. :D

Day 31
Breakfast:
I had a piece of bread with bacon and ajvar. Also a very small piece with almond paste.
Lunch:
Was very fat! I had grilled vegetables, but they were soaking in olive oil.
Although... it was delicious.
Dinner:
Piece of sausage (2cm) with a bit of bread, and a piece (a huge one) of banana bread (from last year).

Day 32
Breakfast:
Baked sausage this time (12 cm long, cut) with one egg - yes, I know, I know... I said no eggs for me for a week... well, it was super difficult to resist.
And bread (boy, I really love that bread!)
Lunch/dinner:
Yoga day! So no dinner.
But for lunch I'll have fish soup (again with the bread). :D

That's it.

I hate PMS!

Candida - day 30

Ha!
A month!
So, in this month I have sinned and followed the routine.
I guess it was a good month (more or less).
I still have problem with breakfasts, although now I have problems with lunches, too.

Today:
I was really, really, REALLY out of ideas.
I mean really.
Finally I had one piece of my bread with ajvar.

For lunch and dinner (as I made more)

I cut 100gr smoked ham (no sugar, no preservatives) into tiny cubes.
Let it fry in teflon pan for 10ish minutes.
in the mean time, cut 2 onions in small pieces, 4 cloves garlic as well, 2 celery sticks, 250gr cherry tomatoes and one cucumber.
Btw, you'll need a huge bowl, as there'll be quite a lot of it.
Also, buy puffed rice. If not rice, puffed barley as I did.

So, I put it all together, mixed it well all together and added the juice of two lemons.
Delicious.
A bit chewy, but still delicious. And simple.
See ya!

Candida - day 26/27/28/29

Wow, long time! Way too long...
Before I start. Whenever I said roast the seeds, yes, what I meant was toast the seeds. So, just take a small frying pen (I have one coated with teflon), put the seeds in and toast it on a low flame until they get the colour.
Thanks for correction!

Day 26:
Just as I have said I had the polenta day (I was really looking forward to it).

Breakfast and lunch:
Polenta with rice milk.

Dinner:
Hmmm... For dinner I wanted to have polenta with stew. But in the end didn't feel like cooking. So, I had meat (baked chicken) and some salad.

Day 27:
As I have baked my bread evening before, I simply couldn't resist more eggs.
Yes, I know I should NOT have more than three per week, I am weak. And easily tempted.
So, I had two eggs with my delicious bread for breakfast.

To explain the bread.
Everything is exactly the same qua quantity only, I've mixed the flour, salt, baking soda (this time, I added a bit more soda) and water in the morning, and left it in the fridge. Also, I have taken 250gr mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds and put them in the water.
In the evening when I returned home, I have mixed the soaked seeds in the bread dough and put it to bake.
OMG!!! This is the most delicious bread I have had for a while. It has risen, and there the seeds are not dry. Absolutely wonderful.

Lunch:
This is a receipt I got from Sanja, but with my modifications.
70gr green beans, cleaned to be cooked for 5 minutes.
1 egg to be boiled hard.
In the mean time, I toasted mustard, coriander and sesame seeds.
Put the beans in the bowl, sprinkle the seeds on the top, add olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Cut the egg and put it with the vegetables and seeds.
Stir all together. Add the juice of one lemon.
That's it!
Delicious.

Dinner:
I had eaten outside. Was on a bbq.
So, I had salad and some meat.
I was hungry later on, but decided not to eat. There is way too much weight on me anyway... :D

Day 28:
Breakfast was actually lunch, as I woke up late:
My delicious bread (2.5 pieces) with five slices of plain goat cheese.
I have asked for the goat cheese with coriander seeds (as that one is very nice and has that special taste), but what I got was the plain cheese and a small bag with coriander seeds. LOL
It was fun!

Dinner:
Oh, boy... I never thought I could make something so delicious with the vegetable I don't like.
So, I have bought white cabbage. A half.
How I prepared it:
Cut cabbage in narrow stripes.
Peel an onion, half it, then cut each half in thin half-circles.
Peel 3 cloves of garlic and slice it thinly.
75 gr smoked ham, cut in small cubes
pepper, cumin and 1 blackcurrant berry, chopped
Put the onion to fry (1 spoon of oil), after 5 minutes add garlic and cumin.
Continue frying.
Add cabbage. Continue frying (I did it for 20 minutes as I like it very soft).
Then add the ham, pepper, and chopped berry.
Cover it, lower the heat and let it steam in its own juices.
Take off the fire in 10 minutes.

Then, take 2tbs sesame seeds and toast them till they get nice and brown.
I also cooked 40gr penne spelt pasta for 10 minutes.

To serve:
Pasta on the bottom. Seeds over the pasta, cabbage over the seeds.
It was ABSOLUTELY delicious!

For a dessert I had chocolate milk:
1/3 l rice milk, get to the boiling point, add 2ts cocoa powder (unsweetened) and some creamed coconut. Do not put too much, as it will get too fat (as it did with me! So, all my low fat cooking went down the toilet when I had my super fat chocolate milk).

Day 29:
Ok.
I was late at work today AGAIN. Because I cooked this morning.
Today I had rice for breakfast and there is rice for the lunch.
No dinner, as it's yoga day.

Breakfast:
Approx 40gr rice cooked in 1/3l rice milk. Add some cinnamon at the end. A pinch is more than enough, just to give that nice taste.

For lunch, as I've said I have rice (there was approx 90gr rice) with vegetables and salad.
Vegetables:
Peel an onion, half it, then cut each half in thin half-circles.
Peel 3 cloves of garlic and slice it thinly.
Two leeks, cut and washed.
1 celery stick, cut in little half rings.
1 red pepper and one green (long) pepper, deseeded and cut red in slices, green cut in rings.
Put the onion to fry (1 spoon of oil), after 5 minutes add garlic and peppers.
Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
Add leek and celery. Cover to cook in own juice.
Turn off in 5-7 minutes.
I'll have some pork chops with this as well, as there will be no dinner.
That's it!

Candida - day 24/25

I have not forgotten to write yesterday.
Oh, no! I was simply overwhelmed with the work (and enjoying my freedom, as my supervisor was gone and everyone had a day off).
Anyway,
I have noticed that I REALLY have problem with breakfast. I am absolutely out of ANY ideas.
And those puffed rice’s or yogurts or whatever’s can't be applied on me.
Also I have noticed that for the past seven to ten days my forehead got rather fat. Yes, yes, I do clean it, but still. I never had SUCH a problem with my skin. It was always nice and easy (and no pimples).

So finally, what did I have for my breakfast?
Both days (24 and 25):
Porridge. I know I should put some variety in, but...
I think I'll have to read my own posts from last month. Just to get the idea. :D

Lunch/dinner, day 24:
I cooked 250gr buckwheat pasta (ORGRAN, it says 90% buckwheat, 10% rice flour).
Lunch.
I still had 1/2 pot basil cream (salt, basil, oil and lemon acid) from last week. To make it a bit fuller, I roasted 60gr pine nuts. Put it all together. With lettuce. Dressing for lettuce: salt and lemon juice.
Dinner.
I fried 8 thinly sliced cloves of garlic on a 1ts oil. Added 30gr roasted pine nuts and salad with same dressing as for lunch.
For snack(s): 2 rice cookies with sunflower seeds spread.

Lunch, day 25.
As today I have my yoga and can't eat anything 4 hours prior the exercise, today only lunch.
Preparation:
1 onion, in thin rings
5 cloves garlic in thin slices
1 green pepper (deseeded) in rings
1 celery stick, in small pieces
2-3 pinches coriander seed
3 eggs
salt
So, put all cut vegetables in the baking pan tp fry on 2, max three spoons of oil. In the mean time, mix those three eggs (I used mixer to make it nice and fluffy) and salt.
When mixed enough, pour to the pan with frying vegetables and stir A BIT, not to much , as you don't want the eggs to flop down.
Let it bake.
I have just heard from my friend how she does her omelette. What I was supposed to do is to get the edges of the omelette a bit and let the rest of the egg mixture under, so that it bakes from the bottom. Darn.
My omelette has fallen from 5 cm to 2 cm.

And as a desert, I have a slice of that cake I made on Sunday (was it Sunday?)
C'est tout.

And tomorrow...
Polenta day!!!
Yes! :D

Candida - day 23

More I see those numbers going up more I'm motivated.
Kind of. Until I have to cook.

I have just come to the stage when I have no idea what to cook and how to cook and what to buy and don't feel like planning and thinking and buying.
Sometimes I wish I could get the vegetables and then think what and where and how (like I did this Sunday - thanks Melinda!).

So, this morning I was struggling with what to cook for the breakfast.
Finally I gave in and made my buckwheat porridge, although I KNOW I shouldn't do that every day.
Well, I hope I won't have to do it every day.
Maybe I should ALREADY start thinking what to cook.
Oh, boy...

Ok, here it goes.
My lunch:
A few days a go I made the soup with nice tender veal. So, I still have some soup, but I took the meat out and cut it in small, small pieces
(there was approx 200gr meat before cooking).

2 onions slice in rings and fry on a spoon of oil
add 1ts mustard seeds and 1/2ts coriander seeds, keep on stirring
2 cloves of garlic, chopped (super tiny, or simply crush it)
keep on stirring
1ts of creamed coconut (for the taste), keep on stirring for another minute;
add meat and 2dl water, a spoon of paprika paste and cover to simmer.
I have left it to cook for good 15 minutes.
Then, I took 2 celery sticks and cut it in thin pieces, and 200gr green beans, salt and pepper. Also I added a bit of dried chopped coconut (bought it at the nut bar shop), for the taste.
Covered it and let it cook (I didn't want to have completely squashy green beans. They're nice and crunchy, just the way I like them).
Just before turning off the heat, I chopped another 3 cloves of galic and mixed it through the dish.
Before serving I cut celery leaves and chives and sprinkeld them on the top.
Serve with millet.
The meal has a slightly curry-ish taste.
I like it.
Dinner and lunch, the same! Of course. :D

Ha, yesterday I made the cake.
Before I start talking about that, I must say that my level of sugar tolerance has been lowered.
I can't take too sweet food any more! I find it way to sweet and not too delicious.
Of course, there is a possibility that stevia doesn't suit me, although I still use it; mostly when baking cakes, to sweeten up the batter.
As soon as I find the real name and the site where I've found the recipe, I'll post it.
In the mean time here is my version:
Pre-preparation:
I crushed 4 bananas and grated two apples, and mixed them together. In the fruit mixture, I have added 1ts baking soda (soda bicarbonate).
In 2dl hot water I added 50gr creamed coconut paste, and stirred well until it all diluted and became nice and creamy.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Preparation
I mixed 2 eggs until nice and fluffy.
Added pinch of stevia, continued mixing.
Added fruit and continued mixing.
Added coconut cream, and continued mixing.
In the end I added 2 glasses (4dl) almond flour, and continued mixing for another 3 minutes.
I oiled the loaf mould and put some coconut flour to prevent bread sticking to the mould.
Poured it in, levelled the batter.
To the oven for 60 minutes.
It was still soft yesterday, but today it seems to be quite fine.
I took a piece to work, for a dessert.
Anyway, hopefully I'll post the link to the site tomorrow.
