A month! So, in this month I have sinned and followed the routine. I guess it was a good month (more or less). I still have problem with breakfasts, although now I have problems with lunches, too. Today: I was really, really, REALLY out of ideas. I mean really. Finally I had one piece of my bread with ajvar. For lunch and dinner (as I made more) I cut 100gr smoked ham (no sugar, no preservatives) into tiny cubes. Let it fry in teflon pan for 10ish minutes. in the mean time, cut 2 onions in small pieces, 4 cloves garlic as well, 2 celery sticks, 250gr cherry tomatoes and one cucumber. Btw, you'll need a huge bowl, as there'll be quite a lot of it. Also, buy puffed rice. If not rice, puffed barley as I did. So, I put it all together, mixed it well all together and added the juice of two lemons. Delicious. A bit chewy, but still delicious. And simple. See ya! |
