David H. Murdoch američki je biznismen koji ima 86 godina, a kaže kako planira živjeti 120 godina te ne vidi zašto to ne bi uspio. Iznio je i plan pomoću kojeg će to pokušati i pomoću kojeg živi do sada bez posjeta liječniku. Kaže da je tajna u velikim količinama voća i povrća te satu vremena tjelovježbe dnevno.

Ovdje je njegova tablica najzdravije hrane na svijetu. Kaže da konzumira i do četrdeset različitih vrsta voća i povrća tjedno, a tri puta dnevno pravi si smoothie od nekih od njih.
