 Ljeto je bilo divno.Jesen bude još ljepša. Prava jesenska juhica od butternut tikve,mrkve i jablanovača..  (Gljive u prosjeku sadrže više bjalančevina od ostalog povrća, a istodobno su niskokalorične. Ujedno sadrže vitamine B1, B2, B3, B5, C, prehrambena vlakna i minerale (kalij, željezo, cink, selen, bakar, kalcij). Jedinstvene su biljne namirnice koje sadrže vitamin D. ) Jedna jabuka na dan tjera doktora iz kuće van!  Počastila se super moćnom Papayom.  EKV -Oči boje meda |

Jednostavno,brzo i fino. (krumpir,grašak,mrkva,luk,češnjak,him.sol,šećer,domaća pasirana rajčica,papar,vegeta,peršin,majčina dušica,ljute papričice,slatka paprika,malo vina,malo brašna)  On voli salatu uz čušpajz.   Pekmez za 10! (bit će čikilinke za večeru)  Nastavljamo guštat. Kiss! |

Berba 2017 (kod Mafkove bake Ane)

Meknite se se gorje Da se bu videlo Zagorje Meknite se se gorje Idemo vu Zagorje Na putu za Laz.(Subota)   Vrijeme nas ne brine. Mladi smo. Zdravi. Zgodni.     Željko Kerum umire od ljubomore.     Aronija.  Vinogradarska breskva.  Nashi kruška.  Uživanje u ostatku dana. (uz toplu peć,priču i piće)   Baka se čudi vremenu.  Nedjelja Opet berba.(bit će rakije)  Smokve za pekmez.   Povratak za Zagreb. Smijeh,muzika i jesen u gradu.  "Divan dan!", zadere se Pišta I pohotno stisne volan Otvaram vrata od dvorišta Na radiju "zeleni maligan"   |

Banane+suhe smokve+napitak od konoplje (bez šećera)  Predobro izgleda ova konoplja na pakiranju.Super nezdrava bomba za mog Mafka. (Navukla ga na Čarapine vegan činke.)  Jutarnja šetnja. Jesen je tu. Ja sam sretna.
