Volim svoj život!

Vikend na Lazu.

Uvijek u pokretu ! Nakon Korčule odmah za Laz. Divota od života! DOMAĆI PARADAJZIĆI I PAPRIČICE. SUPER FINI MINI . SUPER LJEKOVITI KOROV-TUŠT. Mnogo je vrtnih korova jestivo, a tušt spada upravo među takve. Tušt ili portulak (Portulaca oleracea) obiluje ljekovitim tvarima i mineralima, pa zapravo spada i jes­tivo i u ljekovito bilje. Ova biljka je toliko čest korov da je zaista šteta da se tako malo koristi. Bogat je omega 3 masnim kiselinama, ima puno vitamina C, ali sadrži i A, B i E vitamin, kalcij, željezo i razne druge antioksidanse. Djeluje na podizanje imuniteta, po­boljšava rad i jačanje srca i krvnih žila te vrlo blago dje­luje protiv nervoze i stresa, poboljšava probavu, zdravlje i elastičnost kože. Djeluje protubakterijski i protuglji­vično, a može pomoći i kod depresije. Osušeni listići u su­hoj tvari imaju 16% aktiv­nih antidepresivnih tvari. U tu svrhu kuha se kao čaj. Kao svježa biljka tušt je u isto vrijeme i diuretik i blagi laksativ, pa je savršena biljka za mršavljenje.
