Back in Raleigh

Back in Raleigh, finally.I got to take E. and Mu out for dinner the other night. Good friends and good wine, and I spent way too much money. It's a good thing that I'll be unable to spend my next few paychecks, as I'll be somewhere in suck-ville doing flutter kicks and running a lot. Or something like that. But the wine was good.My brother is getting married in a few days, and my parents are freaking out about the wedding. I guess it's normal, it's just weird. He's four years younger than I am, and his in-laws are already harassing him about grandchildren. I'm not ready to be an uncle, and I know he's not ready to be a father, so the whole thing is kind of creepy.Konami has released Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater on the PS2, but have left us XBox owner our in the cold. Don't they realize that wars have started over less? Seriously, this sort of segregation should have left our society along with segregated water fouintains and white-only bus seating. It just makes me sad, that's all.And so, my days and nights are free for the next two weeks.
