I kind-of

I kind-of, sort-of got some vauge assurances that work might consider the possibility of maybe letting me off next weekend for NC Divisionals. Assuming that goes to plan (and "plan" may be getting ahead of myself) I still have to count on my gear getting here on time. Assuming the gear gets here from Triplette unscathed, I have to hope against hope that Walter Triplette didn't wire my blades himself... otherwise, I'll have to strip them and rewire them. I've got to get used to moving in fencing shos again, since I've been fencing barefoot since I got back into it. Whee. Bah. Wheebah.All this uncertainty has me on edge.
