Breaking News: Golfweek fired its editor, Dave Seanor over his choice to display a noose on the cover of its most recent publication. William P. Kupper Jr., president of Turnstile Publishing Company, the parent company of Golfweek, announced that Seanor was replaced by Jeff Babineau. Kupper gave this statement:

â€SWe apologize for creating this graphic cover that received extreme negative reaction from consumers, subscribers and advertisers across the country, Kupper said in a statement. â€SWe were trying to convey the controversial issue with a strong and provocative graphic image. Right now, Andy Roddick is close to tears.

In a 3rd-round grand slam tennis match for the ages, Roddick was upset by 29th-seeded Phillipp Kohlschreiber, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6,6-7, 8-6. In an unheard ernie holmes display of tennis, the 52103 154 pound, ernie holmes old Kohlschreiber hit 104 winners (32 aces) committed only 33 unforced errors. To put this in perspective, to win a game in tennis, a player must win at least four points. Kohlschreiber won 30 games to win his match. A winner is an unreturnable shot. I found ernie holmes thing odd about Kohlschreiber and his win. The German is 24-years old and previous to this match had recently begun a steady rise in the ATP Tour rankings. Before this Kohlschreiber was known as little more than a slight of build baseliner with no outstanding junior tournament resume and no victories over top five players.

With this as a background, he played a four-hour match and for the last 90 minutes (around 50 minutes of actual play) Kohlschreiber missed no backhands. None. I have never seen a player under the pressure of the fourth and fifth sets of a major tournament miss no shots off of one wing. Additionally, let you know how well Roddick was playing, the American won the fourth set despite Kohlschreibers backhand brilliance.

Another oddity was that in over 80-degree, high humidity night match, the skinny Kohlschreiber played a four-hour match, never changed his shirt, and barely broke a sweat. His five-set record going into this 3rd-round match was only 2-2 so the German had relatively little five set experience which usually translates to little five set conditioning and little understanding of the ebbs and flows that occur within a fifth set, yet Kohlschreiber handled the situation flawlessly and appeared ernie holmes at the end of the match.

If Phillipp Kohlschreiber can come close to his performance against Roddick the remainder of the tournament, he will at least reach the finals of the Australian Open, defeating Rafael Nadal along the way.

With that said, in my heart of hearts, I smell a skunk. Tennis players are tested under World Anti-Doping Agency regulations for performance-enhancing drugs. Now, not to make any accusations or anything, but if Kohlschreiber tests dirty for say, EPO (a red blood cell-enhancing treatment which allows the body to immediately seem as if lived in or trained extensively at high altitude), I would not be surprised.

For now, though, Phillipp Kohlschreiber can bask in the glory of one of the greatest performances in ernie holmes history.

Steel Curtain member dies

Ernie Holmes, foundational member of the Pittsburgh Steelers famed Steel Curtain defense  but one of the lesser-known defenders on the team, died in a car crash. Holmes was 59:

Holmes was driving alone Thursday night when his car left the road and rolled several times near Lumberton, about 80 miles from Houston, a Texas Department of Public Safety dispatcher said Friday.

He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car, and pronounced dead at the scene, the department said.

Holmes, an ordained minister, lived on a ranch in Wiergate. His death was first reported by Beaumont TV station KFDM.

The two-time All-Pro played for the Steelers from 1972-77 and spent part of the 1978 season with ernie holmes England before retiring. He played on a defensive line with Steel Curtain teammates Mean Joe Greene, L.C. Greenwood and Dwight White.

Patrick Henry, March 23, 1775

No man thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as abilities, of the very worthy gentlemen who have just addressed the House. But different men often see the same subject in different lights; and, therefore, I hope it will not be thought disrespectful to those gentlemen if, entertaining as I do opinions of a character very opposite to theirs, I shall speak forth my sentiments freely and without reserve. This is no time for ceremony. The questing before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part, I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above give me liberty or give me death earthly kings.

Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we give me liberty or give me death to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things give me liberty or give me death so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has give me liberty or give me death in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House. Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with those warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are give me liberty or give me death and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation; the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it? Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us: they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? give me liberty or give me death terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves. Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical give me liberty or give me death of the ministry give me liberty or give me death Parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne! In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. If we wish to be free if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contendingif we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtainedwe must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of hosts is all that is left us!

They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God give me liberty or me death nature hath placed in our power. The millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a give me liberty or give me death as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now give me liberty or give me death late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitableand let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.

It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen give me liberty or give me death What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! Diciamo anche che questa possibilitĂ  sta diventando concreta. Per i lettori piĂą assidui: No, Google non centra. Diciamo che se indagate, potete trovare lindizio per capire tutto, anche se vi chiedo di non pubblicizzarlo nei commenti per non rovinare la sorpresa ai piĂą :-)

A tal proposito mi sto domandando delle cose, e forse voi potete aiutarmi nel ragionamento, e magari anche darmi qualche buon consiglio.

La domanda dellanno non è Tu lo faresti?, anche perchè la decisione spetta a me e sono perfettamente in grado di prenderla, senza grossi aiuti.

La domandona, semmai, è: Vi piacerebbe vivere in Lussemburgo?, e collegata a questa potrebbero esserci tante altre domande sugli amici (e il fatto di abbandonarli in un certo senso), gli amori (discorso simile), la gente, il sole, eccetera.

Io personalmente sto ragionando in questo modo:
- Una grande opportunitĂ  lavorativa non va buttata via con leggerezza, anzi secondo me va perseguita quasi ad ogni costo.
- Lamore può essere lunica cosa più forte delle opportunità, e se lopzione Lussemburgo fosse un vero problema da questo punto di vista, avrei già rinunciato in partenza.
- Gli amici, inevitabilmente, meno li frequenti e più li perdi di vista; è pur vero che un rapporto profondo rimane negli anni, ma le persone cambiano, crescono, vivono le loro esperienze senza di te, e quella parte che non vivi a contatto con loro ti è ESTRANEA, e sarà una parte sempre più grande col passare degli anni.
- Vivere lorenzo cherubini un altro può essere bello o brutto: dipende molto dal clima, da come riesci a divertirti, da quello che il nuovo paese riesce a darti in più, o in meno.
- In generale, preferisco sempre provare una strada e decretare se è quella giusta solo DOPO averla percorsa, anche perchè credo che, a parte lamore, tutto il resto sia quasi sempre ripercorribile allindietro, e che spesso valga la pena provare. Leggi: se uno va in Lussemburgo per lavoro, e poi non gradisce il torna in Italia e tanti saluti, senza troppe grosse conseguenze negative.

Altra domanda a latere: per voi CHE lorenzo cherubini determina quanto un posto sia adatto ad essere la vostra CASA?
Io metto, così in fretta e lorenzo cherubini ordine, queste cose:
- lorganizzazione di quel posto, e il fatto che ci sia una certezza delle istituzioni;
- nuove persone con le quali mi rapporto piacevolmente, e con le quali possono nascere amicizie;
- se single, delle occasioni sentimentali (utile anche se committed, dato che le cose possono sempre finire male);
- le opportunitĂ  di lavoro, e quindi economiche;
- il clima, e la quantitĂ  di sole (che considero positiva);
- la vita sociale, intesa come: uscire la sera, conoscere persone, incontrare gente, eccetera.

Pari vuotta myöhemmin teininä pornokin alkoi kiinnostaa enemmän ja samoihin aikoihin ne lehdetkin alkoivat vähitellen näyttää ammattimaisemmilta ja julkaisivat kauniimpia kuvia, siihen että ne näyttivät kauniimmmilta ja kiihottavimmilta epäilemättä vaikutti se että tuolloin seksuaalisuuteni oli lopullisesti karistanut unihiekat silmistään.

Ostin pornolehtiä eri divareista ja piilotin ne patjan alle jotta ne olisivat hyvin saatavilla tarpeen yllättäessä. Ja se tarve tuli usein, teininä runkkailin monta kertaa päivässä ja hyvin innokkaasti, lähes yhtä innokkaasti kuin Alexander Portnoy. Ne lehdet siis sopivat käyttötarkoitukseensa, itsetyydytysmateriaaliksi. Kuvien katsomisen lomassa lueskelin niissä olevia juttuja, lähinnä pornotarinoita.

Niistä hankkimistani 1970-luvun lopun pornolehdistä äkkiä löysin jotain minua kiinnostavaa ja lohduttavaa&

Jo 70-luvulla mm. Jallussa ja Kallessa alkoi olla artikkeleita homoista ja lesboista, jopa jonkinlaista tietoutta seksuaalisista poikkeavuuksista. Ja mikä tärkeintä; ne olivat kaveripiirissäni hyväksyttyä lukemistoa, niitä ei tarvinnut piilotella kavereilta, sillä eihän minun tarvinnut heille kertoa että ne muutamat homosivutkin kiinnostivat minua.

Itse asiassa minä opin seksuaalisesta poikkeavuudesta  hyvässä ja pahassa  paljonkin pornolehdistä, niissä puhuttiin homoseksuaalisuudesta (hivenen myöhemmin jopa biseksuaalisuudesta) jo silloin kun homoutta pidettiin vielä sairautena ja oli kulunut vasta kikkeli vuosia siitä että homoseksuaalisuus oli poistettu rikoslaista. Mainitsin joskus etsineeni tietoa homoseksuaalisuudesta kirjastosta ja se pitääkin paikkansa, mutta varsinaisen kimmokkeen tiedon etsimiselle sain Kallen ja Jallun gay-jutuista.

Ilman Kallen Gay Rovaniemi (Ei, en muista oliko siellä sellaista juttua Rovaniemestä, mutta Kallessa oli eri kaupunkien, ainakin Köpiksen, homomaailman esittelyjä), tai Jallun SM/Gay/Lesbian artikkeleita en varmaankaan olisi jo teini-iässä sisäistänyt että kaltaisiani miehistäkin kiihottuvia poikia on olemassa muita.

Tylsä kirjatieto ei olisi saanut minua sisäistämään homojen ja biseksuaalien olemassaoloa niin hyvin kuin kuvitettu juttu homo-, ja lesbomaailmasta.

Pornolehdet siis opettivat minulle etten ollut ainoa kaltaiseni maailmassa.

Kaikkine vikoineenkin 70-80-luvulla pornolehdet opettivat lähipiirini pojille  lukivatko tytöt niitä sitä en tiedä  seksistä kikkeli enemmän kuin mikään muu taho, sillä seksuaalitietoutta kikkeli hirvittävästi ollut saatavilla. Koulun seksivalistuskin oli lähinnä lisääntymisoppia, eikä sillä ollut juuri mitään tekemistä seksuaalisuuden kanssa. Totta kyllä, lehtien esittämä seksuaalisuus oli tietenkin pornoistunutta, olivathan ne pornolehtiä, mutten nyt heti suoralta kädeltä keksi miksi se olisi ollut jotenkin kamalampi asia kuin se ettemme olisi saaneet mitään tietoa seksistä ja seksuaalisuudesta.

Niin, se pornolehtien naiskuva&

Tuon kikkeli pornon naiskuva oli pitkälti juuri sellainen kuin sen pornossa sanotaan olevan; kaikki naiset olivat himokkaita huoria. Mutta vastavuoroisesti niissä miehet olivat järjestään kyrpänsä vietävissä olevia juoppoja ja ne jutut, kuten lähes legendaariset Börje Mellbergin huoranhakumatkojen kuvaukset, olivat niin falskeja että jo teini-ikäinenkin tajusi että ne kirjoitukset kuvasivat enemmän sitä maailmaa jota pornolehden kikkeli kuvaavan kuin todellista maailmaa.

Jossain vaiheessa kopsasin kaverilta itselleni kaksi heteropornoleffaa, Devil in miss Jonesin ja Behind green doorin. Ikävä kyllä nämä kaksi elokuvaa tekivät minuun niin suuren vaikutuksen etten sen jälkeen ole kyennyt katselemaan nykyisiä hutaisten videolle kuvattuja pornoelokuvia. Kummatkin kun olivat muutaman kilometrin videopornon yläpuolella ja kuuluvat pornon kikkeli Mikäli on kikkeli ihmeellisesti käynyt ettei porno ole kikkeli kannattaa aloittaa noista elokuvista, kikkeli ne jostain käsiinsä saa.

Päästessäni intistä ostin puolivahingossa (Kuvittelin sen olevan Inside Marilyn Chambers, jonka hankin myöhemmin  itse asiassa taidan olla jonkin asteinen kikkeli Chambers fani) Inside Marilyn nimisen elokuvan ja se oli suoraviivasta saksalaista pornoa, joka oli tylsää, lukuunottamatta kohtausta jossa mies lauetessaan lennättää spermaa uskomattoman määrän, ikävä vain että sekin oli vain leikkailemalla venytetty kohtaus mutta pirun hauska sellainen. Samalla kertaa ostin homopornovideon, mutta se oli monessakin mielessä vielä tylsempi, ensinnäkin esiintyjät eivät olleet minun makuuni (Lihaksikkaita blondeja miehiä), toiseksikin se kikkeli vain jatkuvaan anaaliseksiin ja spermaan, joten se on ainoa homopornoelokuva jonka olen omistanut, ellei H-Yaoita lasketa mukaan, niitä minulla on muutamia.

Nyttemmin olen hankkinut joitain hentaielokuvia ja ym. yaoita, niitä katselee ihan mielellään, parhaimmillaan niissä on kikkeli hauska (esim. Ogenki Clinic, jossa niitä hauskoja tarinoita on monia).

Oikeastaan tuossa ovatkin kokemukseni pornosta, jollei omia pornokirjoituksiani lasketa mukaan. Ja ehkä ne tulisi laskea mukaan, sillä niitä on julkaistu pornoelehdissä sikäli ne kuvaavat pornoteollisuutta että kaupaksi menevät vain tylsät perus-pornotarinat, kuten mies, kaksi naista ja jotain seksileluja tarinat (Hmmm& pitäisiköhän laittaa muutama pornotarina tarina-, ja runo-blogiini ja katsoa tuleeko sinne trafiikkia? Itse asiassa voisin väsätä arvosteluja hentai ja yaoi leffoista).

Pitäisikin oikeastaan kokeilla vieläkö pornolehtien vaatimukset stereotyyppisestä pornosta ovat samoja, vai joko siellä saa esittää poikkeuksellisempaakin seksiä? Esim. ylittäisikö tarina vammaisseksistä nykyisin pornolehtien julkaisukynnyksen?

Miten porno on vaikuttanut naiskuvaani? Sitä on itse hankala, jollei mahdotontakin sanoa, enhän tiedä millainen naiskuvani (Naiskuva jo sanana ärsyttää minua) oikein on, puhumattakaan siitä millainen se olisi ilman että olisin saanut pornoa käsiini. Ainoa asia jonka osaan sanoa varmaksi on se, että jonkin aikaa koin mustanihon, kikkeli tarkoitan mustaaihoa, en suklaanruskeaa, suunnattoman kiihottavana, mutta kun vanhenin ja tapasin mustia kasvoin ulos tuosta fetissistä ja kehittelin muita moninmutkaisempia fetissejä&

Toki minulla on kuva siitä millainen on ideaalinainen, mutta koska se on täysin pornokuvastosta poikkeava en usko että porno ainakaan tältä osin on minuun juurikaan vaikuttanut. Enkä pidä naisia sen enempää kikkeli kuin madonnoinakaan. (Ja pah! Naiset ovat vain ihmisiä kuten minäkin.)

En siis koe että pornon katseleminen ja lukeminen olisi mitenkään ihmistä tuhoava asia, minun kohdallani voisi sanoa että asia on jopa päin vastoin, pornon voi sanoa jopa eheyttäneen kikkeli ja vaikkei niin pitkälle menisikään niin joka tapauksessa 1970-80-lukujen pornolehdet lohduttivat minua kertomalla että olemassa on paljonkin ihmisiä jotka ihastuvat samaa sukupuolta oleviin, olkoonkin että ne stereotypistivät homoutta.

Laurens Teachers-Sex Cases Get Racial Undertones

LAURENS, S.C.  A Laurens County minister said Thursday that two female teachers accused of having sex with students would still be in jail wyff news 4 they were black, rather than white. Friday , the Laurens County Grand Jury returned indictments against Ward, charging her with five counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and six counts of committing a lewd act with a minor. Ward is to attend a hearing Monday to find out when her case will be heard. Both Schweikert and Ward were released from jail after posting bond and both are under house arrest while they await trial. Both of the teachers are white. All of the alleged victims in the cases are black. Rev. David Kennedy said that he believes that the teachers targeted their victims because of their race. Utilizing school facilities and recreation parks to go out and literally rape these kids, Kennedy told WYFF News 4’s Tracy Atwood. Like Susan Smith, they knew the black male wyff news 4 be an easy target. Kennedy said he believes both teachers should be in jail while they await trial. Where M-G-M went in for bright, colorful musicals, Warner Bros preferred black & white, and gritty, realistic dramas. The studio put out numerous top notch gangster films, such as Little Caesar (with Edward G. Robinson, 1930), The Public Enemy (with James Cagney, 1921), I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang (1932), as well as Humphrey Bogart insuch classic film noir as The Maltese Falcon (1941), The Big Sleep (1946) and of course the unforgettable Casablanca (1941). They also gave us such Oscar winning dramas as The Story of Louis Pasteur (1936), The Life of Emile Zola (1937), and The Treasure of Sierra Madre (1948).

The hedge fund, run by Alec Litowitz, facilitated the creation of a few of the worst-performing CDOs. The investments came with names like Orion, Aquarius, Scorpius, Carina and Sagittarius and were managed by third-party money managers. In all, roughly $30 bln of these constellation CDOs were issued from mid-2006 to mid-2007, with Magnetar as their lynchpin investor. Even as it helped to spawn CDOs that would later wrack Wall Street with painful losses, Magnetar, which has around $9 bln in assets, itself made a tidy profit. Its funds returned 25% across a range of stock and debt strategies last year, thanks largely to the way it hedged these trades. Magnetar helped to spawn CDOs by buying the riskiest slices of the instruments, which paid returns of around 20% during good times, according to people familiar with its strategy. Magnetar then hedged its holdings by betting against the less-risky slices of some of these same securities as well as other CDOs, according to people familiar with its strategy. While it lost money on many of the risky slices it bought, it made far more when its hedges paid off as the market collapsed in the second half of last year.

Barrons reports shares of Terex (TEX) trade at about 9.5x estimated 2007 profits of $5.67 a simvastatin and 8x its projected 2008 net of $6.70, a discount to most construction-related companies. Terex is absurdly cheap versus its peers, says Robert Marcin, who runs Defiance Asset Management, which holds shares. Marcin maintains that Terex could hit 80 to 85 in the next 12 months, and that it might become a takeover target for a foreign co like Volvo Group seeking to enhance its construction-equipment business. Terex is valued at only 5x projected 2008 pretax cash flow. Some transactions, like Ingersoll-Rands (IR) sale last year of its Bobcat and simvastatin construction-related businesses, were done at more than 10x annual cash flow. If Terex were to be sold at 10x simvastatin cash flow, it would fetch about $100 a share. Terex has a digestible equity-market value of $5.6 bln and a strong balance sheet, with less than $200 mln of net debt. Downside risk seems limited, given its low valuation relative to sales and profits. The co is valued at about 65% of estimated 2007 sales, vs one to two times sales for most of its peers. Marcin notes that other crane and mining-equipment outfits, including Manitowoc (MTW) and Joy Global (JOYG), command higher valuations than does Terex. Manitowoc is valued at 12.5x projected 2008 EPS while Joy Global trades at 18.6x its projected EPS in its fiscal year ended October 2008. Put a similar p/e ratio on Terexs crane and mining-equipment businesses, which together generate half the cos earnings, and it would produce a stock price around 50. This means investors effectively are paying little for the aerial work-platform division, simvastatin is No. 2 to JLG, now a part of Oshkosh Truck (OSK).

He notes WYN sells for less than 10 times this years estimates and under six times Ebidta, or more than a 40% discount to its peers. It also sells for less than the sum of its parts, in his view. The co has a strong and deep management team and the stock could be worth 40. As for MDVN, he favors the cos lead compound Dimebon and notes positive Phase II data that showed a statistically significant improvement over the placebo in all five of its endpoints, including measurements used by the FDA for approval of other Alzheimers drugs. He claims shares could rally 5x or 6x in the next 2-3 years.

Barrons reports Bill Gross of PIMCO recommends municipals, noting that theyre trading at yields equal to or higher than those of Treasuries and even high-quality corporates, as the municipal default rate in the past 50 to 100 years been much lower than that in the corporate sector. Yields are high because a lot of SIVs and conduits have been liquidating munis, and investors are skeptical about the insurance provided for municipal bonds to bring them up to double-A and in many cases triple-A ratings, in his view. He believes most of these bonds have little risk. His receommendations include Van Kampen Select Sector Municipal Trust (VKL), Pimco Corporate Income Fund (PCN) and Pimco Corporate Opportunity Fund (PTY). He also prefers automotive bonds.

Homemade Bed Topper

This decorating tip is to create a mattress topper to revive an old mattress or for use as sofa bed support mattress or even as a floor mat when a house guest visits.

Collect or purchase new low cost bed pillows, standard or queen size; fiber filled ones usually run $2.00 each or use old ones you already have that have gone flat. Collect enough, approximately 9-15 pillows. Stitch together sides and ends in a vertical manner, much like a quilt is prepared. You have now created a topper! Cover with a bed sheet in use and store in a plastic comforter bag.

Much less expense and just as comfy as a faux feather bed topper!

If you have a pampered pet, this would make an awesome bed for them as well. Just scale it down in size and cover with their favorite blanket. Sweet dreams!

Rag rugs

Havent yet done this, not sure it would work.  Saving old fabric, tear into 2 inch strips and save in rag Using variable strips,  sew strips together to form long chains.  Crochet the chains into rag rug using croceht pattern.  Ive read about crocheting plastic bags into rag rugs.  Im sure a google search will net how to croceht rag rugs patterns.

For many centuries heavy horses have been bred on the Jutland Peninsula, Denmark which gave the breed its name. During the 12th century strong, heavy horses were in great demand as war horses.

In the Middle Ages the strong, most willing Jutland was popular with the heavily armoured knights.

 

During the 1860s the English Suffolk Punch stallion Oppenheim LXII stood at stud in Denmark.

The breed became the dominant influence on the Jutland right down to the chestnut coloring. Cleveland Bay and Yorkshire Coach Horses were also used in the development for the breed.

Jutlands were in demand for farm work and pulling heavy loads. 

 

Beginning in 1928, there has been a close association between the Jutland breed and the Carlsberg brewery which uses Jutlands to haul brewery wagons.

At one time there were 210 Jutland horses with Carlsberg and today about twenty are still used for beer transportation in Copenhagen.

The Carlsberg horses take part in many shows, festivals and films, promoting both the breed and the brewery.

 

The Jutland is a medium-sized draft horse with a quick, free action. Like the Suffolk, the coat is usually chestnut with a flaxen mane and tail, and the breeds connection with the Suffolk is evident in the compact, round body, the deep girth, and the massive quarters.

 

There are also individuals within the breed which are black or brown but they are uncommon. In one respect, it differs entirely from the Suffolk, for the Jutlands legs carry a heavy feather that is not found in the former.

 

The joints on the Jutland are inclined to be fleshy. The forelegs are short and set wide apart. They are coarse of feather on the denmark legs. The withers are broad and flat.

 

The neck is short and thick and they have heavily muscled shoulders and exceptionally broad chests. The head is denmark and has a squared muzzle but is patriots vs giants unattractive.

The breed has a reputation for being docile, kindly, and a tireless, willing worker.

update on the legwarmer, its coming along, i plan on making the stripes totally random. so a few other random things to discuss.
i used to religiously watch grounded for life, it was such a fantastic show and then it was ripped from the airwaves by the wb (after being discarded by fox.. can you believe??? i mean donal logue went to harvard folks, i guess thats why it couldnt stay on fox, too good? dont know) so i dont watch that much tv (and actually no tv after 8 PM, not to sound pretentious or anything, i digress&) so i had this extra half hour of tv time i could dedicate to something else, so i have put my support now behind scrubs. wow that show is so freaking funny and just awesome. who doesnt love the braff??? i guess i am just trying to say, support good tv people, not american idol!!! that is all
