Grah s kiselim zeljem, vrganjima i suhim lisičarkama. Zapršku sam radila sa brašnom od slanutka. Kiselo zelje sam kuhala 20 minuta , zatim dodala domaći (kuhani ) grah , gljive ,domaću pasiranu rajčicu i začine (sol, papar, kajenski papar, vegeta,lovorov list,peršin) Na suncokretovom ulju sam popržila češnjak, dodala brašno od slanutka i dimljenu papriku. Pomiješala sa zeljem i grahom te kuhala još par minuta. (Brašno BAŠ mora biti od slanutka jer odlično paše i jako je fino. )  Kava od ječma sa sojinim mlijekom i veganskim medom od maslačka, banana i predivni Zajarki. Gore sam naribala indijski oraščić.   Ova tjestenina je prefina, još sam ju kuhala u vodi sa suhim lisičarkama i vrganjima iz škrinje.. Koji mirisi, divota.    |
