NACIN PRIPREME:
U posudu staviti brašno malo soli, zobene pahuljice i šećer. Dobro izmiješati. Dodati komadić omekšanog maslaca i mijesiti dok se ne dobije glatko tijesto. Datuljama izvaditi koštice nasjeckati ih i dodati ribanu limunovu koricu. Tijesto podijeliti u dva dijela. Razvaljati i staviti u plitki lim, poslagati datulje i pokriti drugim dijelom tijesta. Peći na laganoj vatri jedan sat. Kada se ohladi izrezati na komade i poslužiti.

NACIN PRIPREME:
Tijesto: pjenasto izmiješaj jaja sa šećerima, dodaj vruću vodu. Postupno primiješaj brašno s praškom za pecivo i kakaom. Lagano promiješaj. U namašćen i pobrašnjen lim srednje veličine ulij polovicu tijesta i stavi peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 220°C. Peci tijesto oko 15 minuta. Posebno ispeci drugu polovicu tijesta.
Krema:izmiješaj prašak za puding s brašnom, šećerom i vanilin šećerom u 1,5dl mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka stavi kuhati. Kad provrije ulij priređenu smjesu te nastavi kuhati još 5 minuta dok se ne zgusne. Smjesu dobro ohladi. Dobro izmiksaj margarin i u njega umiješaj smjesu i dobro izradi. Prvo tijesto premaži polovicom kreme, zatim složi po dužini piškote namočene u mlaku kuhanu kavu. Na piškote namaži drugu polovicu kreme i gore položi drugo tijesto. Glazura: 4 žlice ulja u čokoladu rastopi na pari. Ravnomjerno prelij po kolaču.

BISKVIT Istucite snijeg od bjelanjaka. Pjenasto umutite žumanjke, šećer i vodu. Dodajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i kakao, te snijeg od bjelanjaka. Ispecite biskvit i ohlađeni prerežite na pola. KREMA: Pripremite želatinu prema uputama na vrećici. Započnite tući vrhnje i dodajte želatinu. Obzirom da sva vrhnja nisu jednako slatka, provjeriti da li je krema dovoljno slatka. PRELJEV Otopiti na laganoj vatri čokoladu i margarin. Slagati kolač: biskvit, pola šlaga, pola čokoladnog preljeva, druga polovica šlaga, drugi dio biskvita, ostatak čokolade. U slast!

Kiflice sa sirom
POTREBNO:
1 kg glatkog brašna
1 jogurt
1 prašak za pecivo
2 jaja
1 žlica soli
2 žlice ulja
1/2 l mlijeka

svježi sir i 1 vrhnje


NACIN PRIPREME:
Odvojiti malo mlakog mlijeka te ga pomiješati sa šećerom i kvascem i ostaviti tu smjesu da se malo digne. Kad se smjesa digla umiješati sve ostale sastojke i zamijesiti meko tijesto. Tijesto ostaviti u hladnjaku oko 2h. Nakon stajanja od tijesta napraviti 4 loptice koje treba valjati u krugove i zatim rezati te valjati u kiflice. U svaku kiflicu staviti nadjev od sira i vrhnja. Staviti kiflice u protvan, svaku premazati s malo žumanjka te na svaku staviti listić margarina, peći na 220 stupnjeva oko 15-20 minuta.

NACIN PRIPREME:
Bijela krema; 3 žlice brašna i 3 dl mlijeka kuhati na umjerenoj vatri i miješati mikserom dok se na zgusne. Ohlađenoj smjesi dodati izrađen margarin sa 20 dag štaub šećera. Sve zajedno dobro izmiksati i izliti u tepsiju na razvučenu koru lisnatog tijesta i staviti peći. Drugu koru lisnatog tijesta ispeći prije. Na ohlađeno tijesto staviti bijelu kremu zatim pečenu koru. Posipati šećerom
