Croatian/German fighter Stefan Leko loses of Ruslan Karaev (Russia) in K-1 GP Las Vegas Superfight by 3-0 judge decision.
From - the fight report - this fight could went on Leko's side too: 1st round was pretty much tied, and in 2nd Karaev dominated and knoced down Leko and put him into 8-count, but Leko survieved just enough to being saved by the bell. In 3rd Karaev was better at the beginning and put Leko into another 8-count – but Leko resurrected and knoced down Karaev for his first 8-count, which was followed by Leko heavy striking on Karaev – but the bell was quicker than Leko and ended the fight.



Chalid "Die Faust" Arrab of Germany surprisingly wins the 8-man tournament and secures his place on K-1 GP Elimanations Tournament. Chalid actually lost in semi-finals of Carter Williams, but Williams dropped out from the final fight due right hand injury and Chalid stepped in and knocked out Gary Goodridge.
