Dubrovnik 'a city for all seasons'

If you haven’t visited Dubrovnik yet, it is high time to do it! According to Opodo travel news, Dubrovnik is the city for all seasons:
“The Dubrovnik Tourist Board has highlighted some of the attractions and experiences on offer in the destination throughout the year. A spokeswoman for the organisation described the popular travel hotspot on Croatia's Adriatic coast as 'a city for all seasons'.

She said different times of the year have their own distinctive appeal, from the hot weather and lively atmosphere of the summer months to the quieter autumn and winter, when visitors can walk around without worrying about crowds of tourists. Holidaymakers who take the time to explore Dubrovnik can see its historic buildings and learn more about its culture and heritage.

'Inspire yourself with the astonishing architecture of this historic city, get lost in the interesting side streets, spend part of your time in one of the many art galleries and museums,' the spokeswoman recommended. Travellers interested in learning more about Croatia's past can also visit Split, another coastal city that is home to Diocletian's Palace, a complex that dates back to Roman times.”
