Makarska: "Klapa" Festival with Mandolins and Guitars

Traditional festival of "klapa" with mandolins and guitars was held on Saturday evening within Makarska Summer Stage.

In its ninth edition, under the auspices of the President of Croatia Ivo Josipovic, the festival featured nine gangs with stringed instruments. Visitors are able to enjoy the songs vocal Sol (Pag), Sardine (Makarska), Kumpanji (Blato Korcula), Ragusa (Dubrovnik), Kampanel (Zagreb), Kamen (Kamen), Hrvace (Hrvace) Grobnik (Čavle) i Balatura (Kučine), which was accompanied by Mandolin composition from Rovinj (Trogir).
