Još ima trubica i modrikača.     NA ŽLICU.  Papren, ljutkast i fin čušpajz s puno mrkve, malo graha i krumpira, domaće pasirane rajčice, dva porilika, malo brašna od slanutka za zapršku s češnjakom i dimljenom (mljevenom) paprikom. I gore sam stavila pečeni tofu, prvo sam ga marinirala (senf, sok mandarine, papar, češnjak u granulama) pa namočila u krušne mrvice i pekla na maslinovom ulju sa dimljenom paprikom.   Kremozna/famozna juha sa svim i svačim, a okus fantastičan.  Dinstani luk, kuhanu narančastu leću, pečene mrkve, pečene kestene, pečeni češnjak, pečena kruška, pečena jabuka, pečene mandarine i pečeni ljuti feferon sam zblendala, pa kratko prokuhala sa povrtnim temeljcom, paprom, kurkumom i đumbirom. Gore sam stavila sjeckanu pečenu cvjetaču, listove mladog luka, malo crvene paprike i bučino ulje.    |
