Samonikla palenta

Samonikla palenta . Palenta s medvjeđim lukom,plućnjakom,regmetom,koprivom+sojade vrhnje za kuhanje,dimljena sol,konopljin protein,konopljino ulje. Bio je i marinirani seitan pečen sa senfom i sokom od naranče+grah salata s medvjeđim lukom i regmetom. Najdraže mi čarapice,flower power i more medvjeđeg luka. Bowie voli koprive

PODBJEL Cvijet sa stabljikom se bere u ožujku kad cvijeta ,a listovi se beru bez peteljki u lipnju. Oboje su jestivi u svježem obliku...(ja volim sa kuhanim krumpirom i mrkvom ) Čaj od podbjela je dobar za dišne organe i ublažavanja kašlja.. Plućnjak...Podbjel...Medvjeđi luk.
