Kenny Rogers -The Love Of God (2011)
It's hard to believe, but Kenny Rogers has already served fifty years in the profession. To commemorate this anniversary has decided to record a selection of classic songs of Christian character reminiscent of his childhood. A great production, excellent sound quality and an artist who shows at once sincere and convincing in its song sharing with us his faith in God halfway between traditional country and Christian music.
Warren and produced by Kyle Lehning Hartman (Randy Travis), The Love Of God is another project in the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain, who so far are characterized by giving the artist complete freedom to sign the work that most want and so far has not disappointed in any of the projects it has sponsored. It is the first foray into the gospel of an artist who has given us ever closer to pop. Not easy for a country music icon sign a gospel album, almost as much as a record Christmas.
