:D - Kat has an internets!D: - Today is bad, bad period day.:D - I'm getting $600 back in taxes! (I just got my $217 state check! w0000t!!!)D: - I've been having job-anxiety dreams all week long.This meme is still open! I haven't really looked at the tags yet cuz I'm lazy, so please, participate and be merry. Guessing is going to be painful, so I'm giving myself another day or so before I do it.. . . oh man, it just took me like ten minutes to remember what it was I wanted to post about. *cringe* I think I definitely need to spend the rest of the day buried in a book.So yeah, my point. I've been thinking about ficcing plans. I want to write another long, multi-part IchiIshi fic. I'd been planning for a while to do a sequel to DoSE, but you know? After thinking about it a lot, I realized that trying to make a long fic out of a sequel would likely be too forced. I think I might still do a sequel (I had always planned to originally, as there's a couple more things I wanted to say), but as for the longfic, I think I'm going to do something new.I've done the future fic. I've done a lot of present canon fics, in the form of oneshots. What I *REALLY* want to do is an AU. But I'm not sure what. I'm considering the long-wished-for samurai fic, but . . . I dunno. Only because it would take so much research I fear I may never get to the fic itself. (Researching is kind of an obsession, and I've been known to get lost in it. >.>)But yeah. So I thought I'd ask you guys for some ideas! What are some AUs you'd like to see? You don't have to think specifically in terms of IchiIshi, or even Bleach. I'd love to hear any and all sorts of ideas you've had.(Oh, and just in case there are those who don't know, AU means "alternate universe," and it basically means putting the characters in a different setting. So for example, taking the cast of Bleach and making them Gundam pilots or something. XDD)
