Woke up at 3:30 a.m.? Check.Didn't get back to sleep? Check.Got out of bed at 5:30 a.m.? Check.Got accidently elbowed in the eye? Check.Soothed daughter who was upset for elbowing mom in the eye? Check.Did crafts with a whole bunch of kids? Check.Got accidently whacked in the mouth? Check.Soothed daughter who was upset for whacking mom in the mouth? Check.Had lunch order screwed up by restaurant? Check.Had after-lunch conversation with snippy manager? Check.Went for ice cream to make up for sucky day? Check.Ice cream was not the flavor ordered? Check.Decided to call it a day, go to bed early and, especially, stay away from sharp objects?Checkity freaking check.
