Wilson Jones Economy Vinyl Round Ring View Binder, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 3 Inch Capacity, White (362-49W)
A solid, dependable binder at a great value. This affordably priced general use binder resists fingerprints. Give your reference binder a sharper looking cover using our basic round ring binder. Round ring mechanism with open and close triggers for easy access to documents. Two inside pockets offer extra storage to hold loose papers. Wilson Jones 362 series binders are now PVC-free. Day 210/365 - The Notebook
[11:17pm]
This is my Notebook.
I've had it for roughly 5 years and I'ts been burned, buried, painted, drawn on, scraped, cut, slashed, torn, left out in the rain, dropped, plucked at, stolen, thrown and crammed full of years worth of school crap.
As you can tell it's pretty rough, It used to be a bright orange but obviously, it's not anymore. That's because it's been painted at least 5 different times (twice with acrylic that I peeled off, Twice with watered down acryllic which is why it looks a brown, and another time with Spray Paint which accounts for the silver part on the edges, I've probably spent hours scraping, plucking and peeling paint off of this thing.)
I no longer use the inside of the binder, because the plastic that once gave it shape has long since been shattered and the 3 ring part of it is compleltly gone. Now I just use the pouch on the outside to put papers in and such.
The parents have tried to throw it away on more than one occasion but after I have blatently refused to get rid of it, I think they've gotten the picture. Of course that dosen't stop people from school wondering out loud why I carry the thing around. It's pretty ratty.
Anyway today was actually pretty awsome because I only went to school until 12:00pm, and not because school let out. I found out that there's a new guy in 9th Grade, personally I think he looks like he's stoned out of his mind most of the time of course I made that assumption before he asked me if I wanted to buy some weed from him.
God Help This School
We're becoming be catch all again, every undesirable on the planet is attracted to Waccamaw Academy. Kill me now.
I had an appointment with Rick Hamilton a Orthopedic surgeon at the hospital in Little River about my knee's that have hurt constantly for the last 3 years since I ran down a mountain with Brystol Gore (but that's another story entirely).
Dr. Hamilton was kinda creepy but he got me 3 x-ray's (which were completly normal, but I knew they would be) and ordered an MRI which is something that I've wanted forever. Maybe after they do it they'll actually know what's wrong with me and I'll be able to walk again without being in constant pain. Dr. Hamilton thinks it has something to do with the underside of my patella being too rough and scraping across my MCL or something of that nature. I don't really understand it all.
Anyway after the doctors appointment we had some time to kill before we had to meet John our realtor at Plantation Lakes, so we stopped at Outback Steakhouse and had dinner, the food was ok but then again I was just happy to have food because I hadn't eaten all day.
After dinner we went up to meet John and saw the house. It was nice, but I think that the people who built it had only one kid because upstairs there's one big bedroom and then one tiny one. Mom liked it but It was a little too far from Whiteville for us to drive back and forth every day and things just seemed to be a little small.
That was that so we just went home and watched a little bit of football before I went to bed around 2. Way too late.
idea binders
When I was in college, I started looking through home magazines to find and develop my own decorating style. I wanted a place to save my favorite pictures I would often tear out of these magazines. So, I started taping the images into a spiral notebook. I quickly discovered that just the spiral notebook was not going to work. I couldn't find the images in the notebook when I went looking for them because they weren't organized in any way. And, within a year I had almost filled up the one notebook. I knew I needed a notebook that could be separated into categories and I also knew I needed the pages to be able to be moved around. I started with just a couple 1 1/2" three-ring binders divided into as many categories as I could think of. As my magazine clippings grew, I thought of more and more categories. And, as I got too many pages in one category I separated those pages out into their own notebook. Currently I have 29 binders with a total of 50 categories. Divide yours into categories that you find the most organized. The following are my binders and the categories in each:
- Living Room, Bathroom, Laundry Room
- Office, Craft Room, Paint, Wallpaper, Cleaning
- Kitchen
- Bedroom
- Home (anything that could fit anywhere in the home such as coasters and rugs)
- Lamps, Pillows, Curtains, Wreaths & Garlands
- Candles, Bulletin Boards & Frames & Pictures, Flowers (the handmade kind goes here, the real kind goes in the Gardening/Outdoors binder)
- Gardening/Outdoors
- Holidays - Valentines Day, St.Patrick's Day, Easter, May Day, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Party Ideas - Place Settings, Place Cards, Centerpieces, Themed Parties, Cakes, Drinks
- Gift Wrapping
- Gift Ideas, Cards & Envelopes
- Patterns (cute designs, cip-art)
- Paper Crafts - Silhouettes, Paper Dolls, Origami, Quilling
- Snowflake Patterns
- Crafts (1)
- Crafts (2)
- Knitting
- Crochet (1)
- Crochet (2)
- Crochet (3)
- Crochet (4)
- Macrame, Needlework
- Quilting (1)
- Quilting (2)
- Kids (1)
- Kids (2)
- Fashion
As you can see - I expanded my clippings to all sorts of crafts as well. I carry a notebook with me at all times and as an idea pops into my head, I sketch out a simple drawing and make some notes. Later, I transfer these into my binders so I can keep my thoughts and sketches organized along with the clippings. I also keep patterns and pictures I print off the internet and those I find in craft books from the library organized in these binders as well. It takes a bit to get these into the binders but it is well worth as I can find everything really quickly.
