First off, I have internet! My connection is evanescent but there. I have to rip some obscure Italian wireless, but yeah.

I'm feeling better out of the country already. As soon as we landed in Canada, I began to relax. That is, until I tried to occupy the 12 hour layover with boredom. I could probably recite the Canadian news segment the airport aired verbatim. Anyway, then I landed in Zurich and died. Because it's...green. And I'm sure it's not really out of the ordinary, but it's a frikkin' blessing coming out of LA. I was goggling at the clouds and the trees for the entire drive to Italy.

And now I'm somewhere near Venice. Shot this in my hotel room before dinner, edited now. I wanted it to look like a painting. Oh, and I shot the cloud background on the drive from Zurich.
