I upgraded my 2 wheel flatbed trailer to haul 4' x 8' sheets of plywood by bolting on a fork and adding a third wheel. The milk crates raise the plywood over the wheels.
Works really well, especially for something I built in a few hours :)

Woolen Mill Bull Wheel - Waterloo
This is a shot of the Waterloo Woolen Mill Bull Wheel located at the Terwilliger Museum. This wheel, or pulley, turned on the same shaft as did the water wheel which was the source of power for the factory. Various flat leather belts ran to other smaller pulleys throughout the factory which did what electricity does now, making the plant operate. For the looms and other equipment these were the electric motors of the era. Evans Chemetics recognized and preserved this important piece of history. The village of Waterloo transported and installed it at the museum. Evans Chemetic provided funds to build the canopy around it and the Waterloo Rotary Club did the construction work. It is located outside of the museum at 31 East Main Street in Waterloo,NY
Falkirk (Millenium) Wheel
We're back on the mainland, heading to Dalgety Bay, and we stopped off in Falkirk to see this marvel of engineering.
Threre's a canal at the top and a canal at the bottom. At rest, the wheel sits with a gondola at each level, filled with water. Barges sail in, and the water relevels, but due to Achimedes' principle, the weight in the gondolas remains the same. The wheel, in perfect balance, is turned by a small electric motor (same power requirements as a few teakettles, we're told) and the gondlas stay level thanks to wheels within the wheel. The rotation takes 5 minutes, and then the barges sail out.
It's truly brilliant.

My first car. It was a 70 Dodge Dart Custom. 318, factory bucket seats and power steering. It was originally my grandmothers, then my stepmom's then mine. I found a photo of it from long ago. Scanned it in and did a little photoshop to it. I enlarged the rear rim and then also cloned it to the front wheel. I had steel wheel with standard dog dish hubcap up front. I guess I made it the way I wish I could have back then. Wish I still had her.

This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro drag car sits in the lobby at Portland Speed Industries (PSI). It is owned by one of our clients who is looking to start a new project. Serious inquires please contact PSI for more information. This is a door slammer. The built 454 has a 871 blower on top and makes over 900 hp at the crank without nos. This car is caged and has a wheelie bar. It is ready to take down to the track. It currently sits on Weld Racing wheels and Mickey Thompson tires. Building an engine test stand. I tack welded it together and coz I only have a 110 mig welder I took it over to my friends house and he finished up the welds with his 220 mig. It can still be unbolted and put away to save space
