Nekoliko je sati poslije ponoći. Oko mene nema nikoga, a u meni bijes dovoljan da razbijem prvo što dohvatim. Opet biram njen broj.

"Počelo je kao greška", prisjećam se jednog ruskog pisca. Moja savjest je nečista kao pepeljara s opušcima, a svijest zatrpana mislima o samoubojstvu. Nemir u meni izaziva strah. "Mrzim te!", uzviknuo je netko glasom čovjeka koji je dotaknuo samo dno.

Njen telefon zvoni. "Sad ćeš je čuti", opet onaj glas; tješi me kao da sam dijete koje čeka svoju uspavanku. Lagano sklopim oči i već osjećam njenu ruku na svom licu. "Sve je u redu", šapnula mi je nježno, nježnije, kao onog dana kad smo prvi put bili zajedno...

Sedmi je mjesec. Sjedimo na kraju mula. To je stari mul, od dasaka sagrađen, s jednim čamcem jednako starim privezanim sa strane. Sjedimo blizu jedno drugome, ali smo još uvijek presramežljivi da se zagrlimo. Na bosim nogama osjećam kapljice mora i nestašne valove koji plove prema nama. Nekakav žubor dopire s obližnje plaže. Tu je još i miris bora i soli i par oblaka na horizontu. Kao da je netko vodenim bojama nacrtao nebo prekrasno kao njene oči. Imala je najljepši osmijeh kad je približila glavu i poljubila me. "Zacrvenio si se!", uzviknula je kroz smijeh, a ja sam tek shvaćao što se događa. Toga sam se dana osjećao bolje nego ikada poslije.
"Bože, uvijek uspije!" – rekao je onaj glas kao da me poznaje već godinama. "Uvijek kad razmišljam o njoj shvatim da je volim."

Telefon je zvonio još kratko. Moje misli su bile kao svemir. Svaki naš zajednički trenutak ponovo se dogodio. I onaj put kad smo se posvađali u njenom stanu; znao sam da sam pogriješio čim sam rekao te riječi. Ona me izbacila, ali nisam bio hrabar da odem kući. Ostao sam sjediti ispred njenih vrata i suzama sam pokušao obrisati to što se dogodilo. Otvorila je vrata. Uplakana. Sjela je kraj mene, a ja sam uspio kazati "oprosti". Nije bilo teško kazati to kao što je bilo teško pogledati je u oči i priznati sebi da sam kreten. Njene usne na mojima - taj osjećaj je značio više od svega. Tu smo večer znali što želimo. Bili smo jedno.

Telefon više nije zvonio.
"Gdje sam pogriješio?" – priznao sam sebi, "Izgubio sam te". Shvatio sam da je gotovo s nama. Ta minuta je trajala dovoljno dugo da mi vrati vjeru u život. Više nisam razmišljao o ubojstvu.
Ljubav me spasila.

Treba poslušati točno 3 cijele i 1/2 sljedeće pjesme s tog albuma da dođeš od moje sobe do tog mjesta. To je ono mjesto gdje kad kiša pada ne osjećaš njene hladne kapi jer si usredotočen na upravo ono zbog čega dolaziš na to mjesto - čak i kada su najavili kišu.

Kad si tamo shvatiš stvari poput Zaljubljen sam, Vremena se mijenjaju, a s njima i grad ili Sutra je novi dan, ali zapravo si došao tamo da se pomiriš s onim što već je. Da, to je ono mjesto gdje nije bitno je li na tebi crvena kapa, zelena majica i plave hlače; nije bitno što je na putu do tog mjesta svijet izgubio svoje boje ili što je priroda počela pjevati u d-molu, a ti čuješ samo zvuk kočnica, glasne trube i dernjavu nervoznih vozača.

Znaš da se uvijek možeš vratiti tamo i zato ti je drago.

Volim to mjesto ne zbog lijepog pogleda kojeg mi pruža, niti zbog savršene lokacije, već zbog toga jer se lijepo osjećam kad sam tamo i jer mi priča Jezikom Svijeta o stvarima koje jednostavno ne mogu sam shvatiti. Nijedno drugo mjesto na svijetu nikad mi neće značiti kao to mjesto. Zbog toga je posebno.

Možda sam pretjerao u uvodu. Kad počne stvarno jaka kiša osjetiš je i odeš kući. Ali kažu "Poslije kiše sunce", zar ne?
