This program need all people - work in Cydia from PC (Win)
Language: russian - translate as need :)
1. Download and Unpack Zip file i provided at bottom in any dir
2. Plug in USB iPhone and run Cider.exe
3. Press button iPhone > PC
4. Press Update
5. Download any deb
6. Install any program auto or cache (deb)
