 Pop divas Christina Aguilera (left) and Madonna got tough breaks this summer: In July, the "Beautiful" singer sliced two tendons in her right hand on a piece of glass in L.A., while the Material Mom suffered several broken bones when she was thrown off a horse during a 47th birthday ride outside London on Aug. 16.
