CHRISTINA AGUILERA has been working tirelessly on behalf of awareness project YouthAIDS in a bid to stamp out the fatal disease. The DIRRTY singer is desperate to bring details of the worldwide epidemic to light, and push the planet towards a greater understanding of preventing AIDS from spreading. She says, "People I know have been devastated by it. The more we ignore this, the more guilty we are. Everyone is going to know someone who is affected by AIDS or even be affected themselves.
