Brussels sprouts-recycled

Actually, I should have written before, my dears, but... Ah, what can I say? The laziness hits hard as the end of the year approaches, lol! The worst is that it doesn't hit writing only, but cooking, too. :D So, for the past few days the only interesting thing I have made was on Saturday: buckwheat pasta with dried goat's cheese and walnuts (literally! Nothing else! Btw, the walnuts were taken from the freezer.). Actually, it was the only day since Thursday I cooked, lol And this morning I woke up at 6h ((!) yes, I know, I know, but I also went to bed at 21.30h) and cooked my lunch. 1/2kg brussel sprouts 1/4 pineapple, cut in small cubes 100gr shrimps 1 onion (big one), wedged 3cm ginger root, sliced 2 cloves garlic, sliced I steamed brussel sprouts and shrimps together. In the meantime, I fried onions, and when nice and soft, added ginger root, garlic and pineapple. Pinch of salt. Kept on stirring for another 3 minutes. Then added sprouts and shrimps, stir fried for another 5 minutes and finito! Eating it now (well, started at 11h, couldn't control myself, lol). Breakfast, millet porridge with 1/2 pineapple. Dinner? No idea Snacks: 1/2 pineapple, 1 banana, handful hazelnuts On the other front, I've done the Imupro 300 test and am waiting for the results. I must admit I am a bit nervous about the results. Will keep you posted. |
