Remote Control Skylight Blinds

skylight (Energy Star)
Skylight has remote-control black-out blind. It opens manually (with a rod & hook system) to let out heat in the summer -- does an amazing job of sucking the heat out. We also have a window AC unit that can be installed in the bedroom, but once we put in the new skylight we didn't need it.
