Mountain Biking Thailand
- is the sport of riding bicycles in a more extreme way, although not necessarily off paved roads—trials and street riding are examples of types of mountain biking based more around urban areas. It requires endurance, bike handling skills and self-reliance.

Going Fast On A Mountain Bike!
Taking pictures on a moving mountain bike is never easy. You've got to pedal, focus on the trail and remember to drink as well as anticipate the shot and take a hand off the handlebar to press the shutter release.
To take this shot, I had my DSLR tied around my torso with an elastic bungie. If I saw an opportunity for a shot coming up, I'd activate the self-timer, which took the shot 3 seconds later.
Taken in a teak forest, somewhere near Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, with a Canon 350D, 10-22mm lens on self timer, fill flash.

Mountain Biking Chiang Mai, Thailand
I just got back from 3-days of mountain biking in Chiang Mai. It was quite an experience, biking through single track in teak forests and dirt roads through villages. We spent the night in a village like this one we rode through.
