MOUNTAIN BIKING THAILAND - WILIER BIKES 2011. Mountain Biking Thailand
Going Fast On A Mountain Bike! Taking pictures on a moving mountain bike is never easy. You've got to pedal, focus on the trail and remember to drink as well as anticipate the shot and take a hand off the handlebar to press the shutter release. To take this shot, I had my DSLR tied around my torso with an elastic bungie. If I saw an opportunity for a shot coming up, I'd activate the self-timer, which took the shot 3 seconds later. Taken in a teak forest, somewhere near Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, with a Canon 350D, 10-22mm lens on self timer, fill flash. This image was also used in a Toyota Forerunner Ad. Mountain Biking Chiang Mai, Thailand I just got back from 3-days of mountain biking in Chiang Mai. It was quite an experience, biking through single track in teak forests and dirt roads through villages. We spent the night in a village like this one we rode through.
