Thai Salad in Papadam Shell
I'm in love with this salad and it's perfect for the summer with all this humidity and heat we've been having. Nappa cabbage, bell pepper, tofu, garlic chives, sweet peas, carrots, bean sprouts, thai basil, lime, sesame seeds, lime and edible flowers from the garden. The dressing was pretty much just tamari, mirin, sesame oil and lime. I used cumin seeded papadam. yum.
