The Freezer - Before
I think perhaps the freezer is the most daunting of the task I have in front of me. This thing is PACKED. I swear, there's so much stuff in here I don't need to shop for the rest of the year. Just going through this is going to be an all-day affair. If our electric ever goes out for an extended period of time, we're so screwed.
Batch 1 goes into freezer.
This is one shelf in the freezer, cleared off to hold the veg filled trays. We cut down some plastic coated metal cuboard racks to use as spacers between the metal trays (jelly roll pans actually). Need circulation of the frigid air to quickly freeze the spears.
