Honestly, I like everything, boyish girls, girlish boys, the heavy and the skinny.

Evo u subotu ovu 9.5. sam napunila 19 godina...
I odlucila sam ponovno na svoju dijetu koja je
doslovno SAVRSENA...
Vjerujte mi....
Napravila sam stanku i nakon dijete normalno jela...
I NISAM DOBILA NITI KILU
mozda jedva pola kile a jela sam normalno 4 dana....
U 5 dana djete sam TRAJNO izgubila 2,5 kile....
Dakle,radim challenge...

CHALLENGE:
- evo odredit cemo negdje za pocetak da nam
challenge traje 7 dana
- jedete SVE STO ZELITE ali samo za rucak
- znaci jedan obrok dnevno
- pravilo je da svaki zalogaj dobro sazvacete do tekucine
- trebali bi izgubiti oko pola kile dnevno (tako su meni isle)
- eto sve je vrlo jednostavno
-slobodno ubacite tjelovjezbu kako tko zeli
- i ne zaboravite: SVAKI ZALOGAJ DOBRO SAZVACETE
DO TEKUCINE !!!!!
