My Story

At the ripe age of 8, my doctor told me I was visual problems. He sent me to an optician who diagnosed me with myopia. Later on in life I went on to get irregular astigmatism, which meant that I could no longer rely on glasses, and had to wear contacts.

The latter has been known to lead to withdrawal symptoms, which, in most cases, results in a complete relapse.

Now you simply spend as long as you need to generate relaxing and positive thoughts. As you practise this more and more you'll notice the improvement in your vision as your eyes learn to relax throughout the entire day, even when you are not doing the exercise.
