My savior
I was down on my knees
On the cold, wet ground
Rain falling on me
I failed, my hands couldn’t do nothing right
I tried everything, but could not prevail
I gave my heart and soul, but it wasn’t enough
Wasn’t enough for the darkness in my heart
For the pain surrounding me
It was stronger than me
There was no weapon to fight with
I fell from my knees
My lips tasted the ground
The bitter and cold uninviting ground
I reached with my hand for the sky
I called for help, with quivering voice
And fell on the ground again
The darkness surrounded me
Life started to depart from this hollow shell that is my body
But then it suddenly happened
A flicker of hope
A blinding light appeared beside me
Warm arms wrapped themselves over my shoulders
They pulled me form the mud of misery
Brought me back to life
In front of me stood her
My angel, my savior
Who I thought I lost forever
Who I hurt so badly one time to many
But she was there for me
A pained look on her face
Her tears mixing with the rain
Her strong hands keeping me from falling
She hugged me gently
Letting her body warm mine
The she pressed her warm lips against mine
And she revived me
She breathed life into me
She gave me a reason to live
She gave my heart chance to beat again
She was my love, my savior
Passion
Their passion was like an angry fire
Licking around their sweating bodies
Burning their doubts and fears
Letting them emerge into one another
Feeling their inner being
Finding strength in each others grasp
Reaching for their very souls
Tearing out hate and misery
And bringing only sweet resting peace
Moonlight kiss
On a warm summer night
Under a clear cloudless sky
Sky sprinkled with thousands of shining stars
And a big radiant moon
Stood two images, facing each other
They held hands, their eyes locked
Moonlight reflecting in those dark deep pools
Some inner light shining from within
A light breeze playing with their hair
A cricket singing his song nearby
Mother bird tucking in her children for sleep
There was no noise, nothing to disturb them
They looked together at the moon
He showed her their star
A small but glittery one near the moon
She looked at him and smiled
Pulled him near, whispered something in his ear
Then they heard nothing
Could see nothing, but they could feel
Feel their lips joining one another
Feel the beauty of the moment
A beautiful song playing in their ears
A rhythm of their beating hearts
Stars blinking out of sight one by one
It was their special moment
When nothing was important but them
Where there was no one but them
Except the stars and the moon, smiling on them
